It’s really good and nearby everything. Too bad that we only spent a night in this city.

Although this is an older property, it is well maintained. The staff is helpful and the location is very near the station. There is a good selection of restaurants and shops.

Overall, the staff are professional and friendly. The facility is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Excellent value for room we paid for. Carpark is just behind the hotel. Hotel is just opposite the train station and castle. Many eateries and shopping opportunities at the train station.

The room I got at 6th floor is facing all the A/C heater cooler mechanics of the hotels, the sound is a little bit loud; it's probably because I booked the cheapest package. Overall, everything is pretty decent.

The hotel is not fancy and luxury but comfortable. The breakfast c/p ratio is high and will be a good choice for business trip to Fukuyama.

Lots of space, great decore.Loved the view of the castle, loved watching the fast trains come into the station. We purchased a smoking room as it was advertised at a great rate The hotel some air fresh spray which I did not find until the next day so this would have made my stay 100%

Located close to the Fukuyama station, it is very easy to get to and from when travelling with Shinkansen.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Fukuyama Bus Station, it’s within 3 min walk. Our room oversees the Fukuyama Castle. My son slept immediately upon arrival on the comfortable bed.

Very nice location and view

離福山車站超近，城堡view超棒，早上還可以順逛一下福山城再check out，房間乾淨舒適。

Hotel is located directly near the train station and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. We only stayed there for 1 night and the location was perfect.

Arranged Fukuyama castle view room, it was great. Very close to Fukuyama station.

Hotel is clean, comfortable and roomy. Also very convenient to train station, Castle and shopping and eating places. Hotel personnel are very nice .

Great hotel. Great location. Beautiful view from our room window. Everything wonderful. Just wish the place had a pool and it would be paradise. The bar is great and they give you a free drink so we were happy campers even without a pool. The breakfast buffet is heavenly.

My sister and I had a comfortable time here. The staff was always courteous and friendly with us. Our room was cleaned thoroughly whenever we requested it via a magnet on the door. We didn’t hear much noise from the other rooms, if any. Our only complaints are that the pillows were rather flat (but we could have requested more) and that the washing machine/dryer seemed like they were out of order (I spent an hour on washing and two and a half hours on drying, and my clothes still weren’t dry). There seemed to be only two washing machines and two dryers in one room on the fourth floor for the entire hotel. That all said, again, the cleanliness of the room was top-notch. I enjoyed the deep bathtub as well.

Very clean and roomy

The room was very comfortable and large for Japan. The beds were excellent.

Pleasant for overnight stay but room temperature hard to regulate. Otherwise very good for a short stay.
