Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel but note that this is not a 4 star hotel but 3. + The pool and views from the deck are superb; + The staff is kind; + The breakfast is better than what we thought. - The tropical suite next to the Sertil hotel are much bigger but very old and should be renovated with updated facilities; - We were also not able to take the shuttle as it was always full; - We do not recommend to take the diner; - The staff is very young and has a lack of experience.

The property was great, however the room we stayed in needs a bit of updating. The toilet was leaking and the bathroom door Squeaks so bad you had to leave it open because it would wake someone up. Other then that, the place was great and convenient to downtown. 3 pools we amazing and quiet.

Very poor hygiene, the room had holes in the walls. Floor was dirty, bathroom dirty, could not even shower as bad as it was. Also had to scratch the whole night because of the bed. It was gross…

Overall is a good hotel. Room (Tropical Deluxe Garden View Room) was very spacious which was good, but unfortunately I found 4 spiders in the room, and it didn’t seemed like cleaned at all. The bed as well was not really comfortable. Also the toiletries provided were old and it did not look good for a 4star hotel. Gym is very old too, machines and weights not in good condition. The only thing I really liked was the pool and the view from there. That’s about it.

Staff were very friendly, however, room was inadequate, service was poor, electrical faults, water faults - I wouldn’t class this as 4 star more like average 3stars - the view from the hotel was amazing - laundry service incompetent - personally wouldn’t stay here again

Pictures of this hotel are deceptive. The hotel is not well maintained and is much older than shown on the photos. We did not have a good experience checking into this hotel which ruined the vacation vibe. We had booked a swim up room with a sea view that was paid fully weeks prior to arrival, however they gave us a different room in a different building than the main hotel. When we complained they tried to justify that a sea view is not guaranteed but when they saw it was clearly stated in our reservation they offered a different room in the main building, which once again was not sea view and the room was under renovation! We didn’t agree and “suddenly” they were able to find the appropriate room we booked under the guise that someone else was supposed to check in but they changed their room. Our room had no towels and we had to go to the reception several times to finally get towels sent to our room. The restaurant buffet (both breakfast and dinner) was terrible. Upon checkout, they tried to charge us an extra $2500 for dinners and drinks at their restaurant that we did not use. They ended up cancelling those charges because there were obviously no signed receipts available to prove the purchases. The only positive attribute of this hotel is the view. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Our air conditioning did not work well and had to ring reception a few times. We were on the rooftop so our room was stifling but only had sheers, no block out blinds. The floor around the drinks station at breakfast was always flooded so constantly was slippery and dangerous.

This is a beautiful hotel just on the outskirts of Oludeniz, very close to the mountain cable car. The hotel was lovely, comfortable with the most amazing views of the mountains and the sea. Beds really comfortable, staff could not do enough and the breakfast was out of this world. I had a Hamann and massage in the Spa and it was the best I have ever ever had. Great value for money but still luxury.

Phenomenal view and an absolutely beautiful hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff & concierge. It is also a short walk away from the dolmus stops, and taxis on call waiting 40 feet away if you would prefer a taxi.

What an amazing stay. Even with a few hiccups Rose made everything as comfortable as possible! I can’t thank her enough for her hospitality. The views from the swim room balcony are exceptional. The staff we so polite and kind. Will be back in the summer for another visit ❤️

We had a great stay at this property. We had the swim up room which we loved! The view was unbeatable. Pool water was cold but it was October so to be expected. It’s close to the main beach by car, about 10 mins. The staff were helpful and nice. Only downside was the shower had a slight leak and water would be all over the floor after, but otherwise no complaints.

Lovely place! Stay for one night due to just passing through the area. Staff helpful lovley views.

The hotel is stunning with its infinity pool and mountain backdrop the food was good and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful the only downside us it's a bit far away from olu deniz

The food is really, really good. Rooms are also top-tier with amazing views. I had some trouble accessing the Wifi and had to constantly reconnect to different routers. Parking is accessible and plentiful, but they do provide transportation to Sugar Beach via bus.

Great location with wonderful view of the beach. Great pool area and lounging area. Water was running in our toilet in the room. They were not able to fix it and instead gave us a key to an empty room at the very far end of the floor, facing the city for toilet access.

Where to start ?!!!, the first day the staff offered us a honeymoon room 322 , it happened to be the worst room , 1-to start with broken bed , matras distorted so discomfort and cracked noisy bed couldn’t sleep. Pillows Hal of the no cover, 2- toilet horrible smell coming from the shower,with a towel left I guess from previous customer . Next day asked either to change the bed or the room. The manager offered me to spend another night there with an upgrade next, I refused to spend another night on that horrible room. They accepted to change the room. Not to mention a broken tv, a broken bathroom door, tv remote control not working. After so many calls to the reception with a promise to have a new We have to wait until 2pm to get a new room 312 looks new the bed was comfortable and cleaner . A lost day for nothing . 3-two days in raw we ha have to ask several times for a beach towels. At the sauna they send us to the reception and vice versa. Every time we have to call several times to get a service or or something to be charged. I have been traveling all my life time and around the world never seen such a poor service. Unfriendly atmosphere. One thing to mention. By mistake I took the stairs to the kitchen, what a horrible dirty place. You should send someone to check. I hope something will be done.

Expensive motel. Excentric reception area and seemingly strict sanitary protocol. But the rest is not nice, low quality furniture, not so clean room and amenities. The swimming pool was dirty with mouth covers in the pool floor. Motel staff was around but not taking care of it. Certainly not an accommodation for internacional tourist. Looks like an expensive hot night Hotel for local adult couples or newlyweds. The poor higiene in the room and amenities discourage my interest of trying the spa. The closeby beach town is not so attractive either, the whole area is full of similar hot night vibes. The hotel has a nice view. Tiene linda vista,

The location of the property was excellent. The general Manger is very professional and customer service oriented. The staff were informative and friendly; however for English speaking guest it can be frustrating because some of the staff dont speak English. I enjoyed my stay and would always choose sertil hotel to stay if I am staying in olundiz. A big thank you to Fatima, Mr. Ohan(the general manager and his assistant who were very accommodating.Highly recommended.

We have recently returned from a fantastic relaxing break at the this hotel which is situated close to Hisaronu on a hillside overlooking Oludeniz Bay. The rooms and facilities at the hotel were excellent and the staff were very friendly and couldnt do enough for us. Days were spent by the pool and with both Hisaronu and Oludeniz being only short taxi rides away there was plenty of choice on what to do in the evenings. Thoroughly enjoyable stay and we will definitely being returning to the Sertil hotel

Nice clean quiet hotel in the mountains. Great sea view and part of the beach area. Also nice to watch the paragliders. Would stay here again but probably go for a swim up room, next time. Had a lovely massage in the Spa. Friendly helpful staff.
