If you have the chance, give this lovely little tucked away place, a whirl! My only disappointment was the WIFI was unstable and weak, so I couldn't do my work but otherwise, absolutely wonderful.

Kind people. Our trip to a attraction was in the early time of morning, the staff made us a breakfast to go. Because we would miss the breakfast at the hotell.

The hotel fasade looks abandoned which was quite worrying for me, but we arrived early to check in and were greeted with a lovely receptionist, which tried to find us a room and kindly directed us to a nearby parking.
Unfortunately thst is where the postives ended for us as when we went up the room it was extremely warm, although the fan and windows were open. It was 27c ourside. The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning of any kind or a lift... so this may be suitable for the winter time more than summer days.

I had good stays at this hole. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes to the old town. Breakfast is great with hot meals. All the receptionists are friendly. I'll use this hotel next time too.

I was traveling with my nephew to Zakopane and decited to stay in Krakow for the night. The location and the price was fabulous!
We had a modern, fresh, clean and comfortable room. Nice and safe location with a little gated courtyard... Breakfast was absolutely amazing! Overnight great experience! Recommended.

Cleanlyness needs to improve, bathroom had blackmold.
Beds very hard, (to our personal taste) Asked for a soft topping, regretfully that didn't come.
One day we came in the afternoon to give our feet a little rest, room wasn't cleaned, wich we at that point did not mind. We told we would be going out again in an hour time, on wich the cleaning lady said it was o.k. , but in the end the room wasn't cleaned that day.
Breakfast was good, location was perfect. Lot's of public transport, 10 walk to main square, 10 walk to main railway station. Safe area, inner courtyard is closed with gate at night.
So some negatives, some positives, but in the end, value for money, however needs to be cleaner.

Great location, very friendly staff, breakfast is like no other. Only negative was we had a room by a loud group of college students and could hear them throughout the night.

Clean , nice modern bathroom, great shower pressure however the bed was hard as a rock and did not get a good night sleep which can effect your hole trip. Breakfast was included which was adequate. Approx 8 min easy walk into the main old square. Located off a Main Street behind Iron gates in a court yard so nice and quiet, but sign outside not lit up and does not stand out. Booked a transfer which the hotel Organised to the apartment from the airport cost us 90 pln and when we left a taxi cost us 50 pln. Reception not very informative

Everything was lovely, staffs are friendly. Room is quite small though. However there is almost no sound proof for this building, you can hear everything from the other room, foot steps, conversations, even the TV they were watching i could clearly hear. It was really loud and the customer above us was having an argument from mid night - 2:30am!!!! Bring your ear plugs.

Prpoerty was a sheer delight, hidden behind a beauriful iron gate through a qaint courtyard. Positioned within walking distance to shops and the main market square. Transport links easily accessible also. Rooms were surprising large and accommodated our party very well. A quiet hotel. Would stay again.

From outside we were a bit dubious. Once we entered the courtyard it was very surprising. We had a quadruple room. This was based on the first floor. The room was very clean & bright, the 4 beds were well spaced apart & we even had table & chairs. They had provided bottled water, tea & coffee. Surprisingly in the cupboard was a small fridge. Plenty of wardrobe space, the shower, toilet was very spacious & modern with a hairdryer. The buffet breakfast was unbelievable. You could have hot food if you preferred, but they buffet had everything from cereal to hams, cheeses, biscuits, salad, bread, rolls,pancakes,toasties, omelettes. Fantastic choice also tea,coffee & hot chocolate. Fruit juices as well.

This apt is in a spectacular location, accessible to everything, walking.The breakfast is one of the best weve seen, the staff at front desk went above and beyond to be helpful.The rooms are not large but have everything you need.I would definitely go back and recommend.

The apartment was a good size, however the fittings were cheap, and there was no A/C so I had to have the windows open. It was situated on a courtyard which got very noisy at times (I had to sleep with earplugs) and people also smoked on the balconies in the courtyard, so as a non-smoker all I could smell was smoke. Also be aware that on arrival you will have to sign a short-term tenancy agreement, as these are apartments as apposed to a hotel. The location of the building was on a very noisy road, and even though the apartments were on the central courtyard part of the building I could still hear trams & people on the main road. So if you are looking for a quiet smoke-free place to stay, this isn't it.
