Daisy at the front desk was the best, she helped us so many times including saving my jacket I left behind. Bed comfortable, great location, breakfast okay (needs better coffee for sure). Nice sitting area outside, good view on balcony but pads on the chairs would have been nice.

Perfect location just 5 mins walk from the Old Town. Friendly, professional and attentive staff. A beautiful outdoor terrace where enjoy breakfast in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed five nights at this outstanding hotel resort. Everything was extremely good. The location is excellent: close to everything but not noisy. The room was spacious, clean, and had a nice view of the river. We had some rain, and there were nice umbrellas in our room which really came in handy! Every morning we had the prepaid breakfast that was also outstanding and fresh. The concierge and staff were also extremely helpful. Especially Daisy! Thank you Lantana Boutique Hotel for your great hospitality and service. Highly recommended.

We loved the service, the people, the breakfast and the calming feeling. We had a great massage at the spa but i would probably go somewhere else for the pedicure. The massage still made the experience worthwhile.

Great location, nice facilities, good buffet

We enjoyed our stay at Lantana. It was in a great location. The front desk staff greeted us with cool drinks and area information. The rooms were clean and comfortable!

A beating hotel walking distance to everything. The staff were exceptionally friendly and the concierge Sally was delightful, funny and helpful. Even surprised us with a birthday cake for one of our party. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Stayed for 8 nights in the Superb Deluxe Room. Enjoyed everything about this hotel - fantastic staff who were always friendly and willing to help. Great location on the river and a couple of minutes walk to the old town. Great rooms - very clean and well appointed. Lovely views from the balcony. Really nice breakfast. Fantastic stay - we’ll definitely be back.

Lovely riverfront hotel but at a quieter side so feel more tranquil. great personal service. We really enjoyed the spa. Helen is very good with facial and massages.

Absolutely nothing to fault from this hotel. We had a balcony room overlooking the canal. Great location. Two minute walk over the bridge to the old quarter. Two blocks from the night market. The girls at the front desk (sally and Jenny i think) were always extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. 5 nights we stayed. Pool was perfect size and great to cool off in the afternoon heat.

Loved the location and the staff were amazing and helpful. We stayed 3 nights but wish it was longer. So close to all the main sights of hoi an- 4 from beach but about 10 minutes walk to everything else around. Room was a good size and we had a balcony overlooking the river. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was good. Pool area was great (undercover from sun). Staff gave lots of good information and were always helpful. Would stay again.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and just like the first time in 2018, it was fabulous. The rooms are large and airy, with the ones facing the river having doors that open on to a small balcony. The staff are just amazing, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and they say hello every time you come back through the lobby. The ground floor was renovated during covid and looks amazing. The only small issue is that it is quite a loud hotel inside. Not from street noise, they have excellent windows, but from the central atrium space. Tiled floors are great for the climate, but loud voices and slamming doors echo! Maybe some rugs would help? If someone could invent a way for hotel doors all over the world to close quietly, they’d make a fortune! We loved staying here, and will again next time we are in Hoi An.

Lantana is the perfect place for your stay in Hoi An. A short 5 minute walk from the history of oldtown. Wonderful staff that become your friends & will cater to your every need. You will not be disappointed if you stay at Lantana.

A lovely boutique hotel. The manager, Sally, & her staff are very friendly & helpful. Sally remembers the guests names & often walks around chatting with people, asking how their day has been. A lovely dining area overlooking the river. Close enough to walk to old town. We would definitely stay here again.

Staff were excellent - friendly, professional and hardworking. But the property itself needs improvement. Very thin walls so you can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and stairwell and entrance. A few of the electrical plugs and cables were loose or exposed. Food and restaurant okay but nothing great. Wi-fi connection a bit patchy and not strong.

We spent 3 nights at Lantana. Sally and her stuff were very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is barely on the outskirts of old town and perfect. You get to sleep quietly with a little view from the balcony while the action is just a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommend renting the motorbike for the day and take it to the beach and outside the area to really explore Hoi an. The room and bathroom was clean. Definitely try the pho for breakfast in the morning. The included breakfast with the freshly squeezed watermelon juice was perfect. Def stay here if in Hoi An to see Old Town.

WOW, stayed here for 4 nights in a junior suite with a balcony, great choice, would definitely recommend it. We contacted the hotel before arrival to arrange an airport pick up and the driver was there to meet us, on arrival at the hotel, we had a very good lunch and checked in to a wonderful room with a great view of the river and old town. Staff were great and gave us lots of advice, maps and other information regarding tickets, things to do and places to see. Breakfast was good, happy hour was nice and relaxing, WIFI good, the pool good and spa / massage great. The hotel arranged a dinner cruise and taxis for us to go to the beach, they even gave us towels to take – thanks Sally. The taxi to Ang Bang beach is less than 100,000 VND and takes about 15 mins, passing through working rice fields, it would be easy to cycle it and the hotel has bikes for hire. The old town and Japanese bridge are a 5 minute pleasant stroll along the river, restaurants and bars are all nearby but the hotel is quiet at night.

Lovely stay at Lantana Boutique Hotel. The reception staff (Lily, Jenny, Sally) & the Porters were always pleasant, helpful & smiling. Selena at the bar & at breakfast was friendly & helpful. Our balcony river front room was well equipped with amenities to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast was good however the hot food went cold quickly. The outdoor seating area was wonderful to enjoy breakfast each morning. Overall, we would recommend Lantana Boutique Hotel. Thank you all for making our visit to Hoi An so pleasant.

The price we paid for 2 nights at the hotel was higher (217.13cad) instead of 178cad as mentioned at our reservation. Why?

Ice and central located hotel! Needs a bit of A Cleaning. The curtain in room 302 was in the bath room filled with fungus. A bit of painting Would help too. Nice and friendly staff.

The hotel staff are fabulous, especially Lily at reception, nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. The location is amazing as it is so close to everything. Would definitely stay at the Lantana boutique again, if i go back to Hoi An.

This hotel offers great value. For its modest price, we got terrific location, condition, and comfort. Best of all was the service. The staff cheerfully responded to any need for our room and also arranged massages, a day trip to Hue and taxi rides to the beach. The breakfasts were adequate. We walked easily to the night market and to our favorite restaurants in the Ancient Town. Our last visit to Hoi An was 8 years ago, and it wasn't as crowded with tourists then. Luckily, this hotel is just off the typical tourist circuit so we had some peace and quiet sitting on our riverfront balcony.
