The hotel is newer and very nice. The breakfast was great! Not like the pastry you get at other places. A nice hot breakfast.

Check in process was flawless. Front desk was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Room was spotless and beautiful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!!!

I always love staying here. It's clean, comfy, and the included breakfast is terrific. This trip, the pool was out of commission. It was really disappointing, but the fault lies with hotels.com. The property itself posted on its website that this was happening, but said that hotels.com didnt publish the info even though they were asked to. Booking direct from now on!

Management was poor dealing with “loud” guests. Clientele has declined over the past year. Not my first stay there but most probably will be my last. Breakfast is mediocre. Sad given that it is a relatively new prosperity with a decent “hard product” - definitely not work the price.

This is a great place to stay. The staff if friendly and it’s very clean and inviting. The rooms are updated and the beds were actually comfortable. Great pool area for the kids and a nice breakfast is offered. Would stay here again!

Clean and comfortable. Room temperature control could have been more consistent but was otherwise fine. Shower pressure was mediocre. Good beds/bedding. Very nice staff.

It was clean and quiet. 10 minutes from my Drs appointment. Non smoking really meant not smoke smelling rooms. Cleanliness was superb!

The property around the facility was run down, beds were rough. Food and clean rooms were great.

This was my 1st stay here, and I will definitely be back! Thank you! The staff were very upbeat and personable and very kind!

If you’re staying with intentions of using the sofa bed, I recommend checking it as soon as you get to your room. Our cushion was filthy, garbage fell out of mattress when bed was opened up. Friendly service, quiet, hotel, great location for dining and shopping.

We plan an annual stay at this hotel in Westlake Ohio with our 2 granddaughters. The love the “turtle slide hotel”, even though they have outgrown the children’s pool area. We love this hotel for many reasons but the size of the pool is the main one. This year, I was called to see if we would like to change rooms as the 2 bed queen reserved was on the first floor. The alternative room was a king with sleeper sofa so I declined. We were not worried about being on the first floor. When we opened the door, there was at first a very strong mold odor but lowering the temperature in the room seemed to help it. Someone with mold allergies or a respiratory disease would have had to leave this room. On another positive note, we loved the pancake machine, it’s the first time we have seen this in a hotel. Breakfast was well stocked, hot food, and staff were very friendly and attentive. I would suggest either insulated cups at coffee station or adding cup sleeves. Cups became very hot when filled.

Hotel is located near major routes yet was so quiet at night. Rooms are large and very clean. Nice desk area if needed and comfy beds. Large breakfast area and friendly staff. Will stay again!

This review is more related to using Expedia to book a 2 Queen bed suite for over $400 for one night. However, when we arrived at 11 PM the hotel only had 1 King bed rooms available. Even though we booked and paid more for the 2 Q bed with a sofa bed, we did not receive it. We were travelling with 2 teenagers. The hotel staff could not help- stated it was Expedia who did not give them the correct code for 2 queens. They said they received just over $200 from Expedia booking. After 3 phone calls, Expedia still has not resolved it and it is now almost 2 weeks now. We also got stuck in an adjoining room with teenage girls who were there for a baseball tournament who were loud and boisterous until 1-2 AM. They were running up and down the halls, knocking on doors and even security could not stop them.

Loved this hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Clean pool- good size. The room was loud- loud toilet, loud shower, noise from hall loud.

Nice room.

I booked the wrong dates and when I called to change the dates they insisted I checked in. I was in a completely different city and asked for verification. I asked if the ID was checked and got circular response. I asked to speak to a manager and was told both times they were in a meeting. I was told surveillance video would be checked and call returned to me. I have called and no one will call me back. Seems very shady and distrustful, don't stay here. They let people check in to your room that aren't you and you get charged so don't stay here!
