Great location, great staff. Room was quite nice.

The only horrible thing was the amount of street noise. The hotel has an open concept and you hear everything—the cars, music, talking even the pigeons. So if you are looking for peace and quiet or are a light sleeper this is not the place for you.

Location is great however, the front staff was not very friendly or welcoming. Had to ask for a few things and the "upgraded" room i got as VIP access was mediocre at best. Housekeeping happened very late in the day which was inconvenient. I wouldn't stay there again.

The suite was quite spacious, but not very comfortable. Its layout featured a lot of wasted space and frankly bizarre design choices; why, for example, did the sliding bathroom door have no lock or handle? Why was the toilet on a raised platform, putting you directly parallel to the bathroom mirror? Also, the bed was, for me at least, too tall and the mattress too firm. The staff during our stay was perfectly pleasant, though the WhatsApp number they encourage you to write with any questions turned out to be a completely useless chatbot. The minibar hadn't been properly restocked before our visit, so there was some confusion when we checked out about what we'd consumed during our stay. The location is great and is probably this hotel's greatest asset. It was so nice to have lots of coffee/cacao options nearby in the morning and be able to walk around the neighboring parks in the evening. We booked a courtyard-facing room and had no noise complaints whatsoever during our stay (I know that's been an issue for some other guests). I certainly don't regret my stay, though I doubt I'd choose to book here again.

Staff was so kind and attentive. Room was odd - clear glass shower door for toilet and sink area; shower in hall area. Bathroom lacked privacy. Breakfast was ok. Coffee was very poor tasting and weak. Great location to visit CDMX.

It was very quiet and comfortable. We could walk to lots of sites and there were a lot of great restaurants nearby.

The hotel was nice and in the Central condesa area. The staff were great too. The only downside we found was that the breakfast has no vegetarian cooked option and also there were no toiletries in the room.

This property is a complete ripoff. Checked in and immediately wanted out. We cancelled and they refuse to give a refund. They also do not communicate with Expedia and do not follow their own policy for cancelation. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have backpacked in hostels. Stay away.

Located in the condesa neighborhood. Plenty of dining options and entertainment around the area. They offer breakfast and have to say has options and is tasty. The Bar was not open and they lack a restaurant. Rooms are big and comfortable and the price very reasonable.

Flow suites is a great location in Condesa. The building is clean and quite comfortable. However, the facility would greatly improve by adding non-slippery material to the shower floor and also adding grab bars. We had to request additional floor mats to place inside the shower stall while showering due to the slippery condition.

At 1:30 a.m. someone opened the door of the room thinking that it was empty!!! There's a very bad internal management. Then, when we tried to contact the lobby, nobody was there, and the only way was via a chatbot!

The hotel was in a great central location in Condesa and walkable to local restaurants, cafes, bars and lots of lovely parks. The neighborhood is very nice and extremely safe. Service was great at the front desk and housekeeping was very helpful. The only downside was noise level from adjacent apartments. Our room was in the back of the hotel. Some neighbors played loud music after midnight and we could hear their conversations very clearly. I would request a room in the front of the hotel to avoid the noise.

Beautiful design but you could hear people’s music from other rooms, the staff didn’t help me with my luggage or other needs…the sheets were scratchy and I had an allergic reaction, would not stay again, overpriced.

I was put in a room where the shower did not work. My room overflowed, and I had so let people in my room so they could clean it and could not take showers during my stay. The staff seemed like they did not care.

It was extremely loud, did not sleep any night out of the 4 we stayed here. People are up all night screaming in the streets and windows do not properly close. Bed was firm and painful on our backs. None of the gym equipment worked and/or turned on. Asked for towels and bathroom amenities and never received them. Will not return again. Very disappointing.

Big and nice room with a big balcony. Water wasn’t that hot as my wife would like to, the rooftop is nice and the breakfast is ok but I recommend to go and have breakfast somewhere else lots of options nearby

Think twice about booking a room there. Many of the rooms face a very busy street. After a horrible nights sleep, I enquired about switching rooms. The so called rate from the day before tripled. That along with a less than worthy bed, I checked out and booked another hotel for the remaining two nights. Ate the cost.

Great property location in Condessa. The staff was rude - failed to locate out reservation - then tried to refuse our stay as alternate sights listed it as adult only (not. Orbitz). They acted like they were doing us a favor to accept our prepaid room. Did not honor my platinum rewards. Skip this venue!

Flow suit is a very nice place to stay and the breakfast is amazing and the reception name Mariana she is very amazing person and speaks perfect English thank you for making our trip lovely

Good location but would strongly recommend others to book elsewhere.worst customer service from Marianna and the team. Constant miss communication, sass, and unwilling to accommodate -we had a very weird interaction where an employee woke us up and forced their way into our room just to fill the mini fridge. -Staff sleeping on the job - charging for a room key that we didn’t loose. -charging/ misquoting prices for the sauna -every basic question asked was I need to ask some one and then no one followed up.

The rooms were clean on arrival and room service quickly serviced our room. Staff was nice and free breakfast was delicious. Hotel is in a perfect location.
