The bed sheets felt clean and soft. The room appeared clean yet in need of some cosmetic updates and deep cleaning around the bathroom. Overall we were content to have a comfortable and clean bed and safe place to sleep after a long drive.

Best people out there! They were very accommodating and met my travel needs! Front desk and GM were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Check in was very efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and the a/c fabulous. The only thing is the room and furnishings are a bit dated and worn.

There was a strange smell in the hallway the whole time we were there. There was also pressure washing and painting going on so it felt loud and congested.

Booked this hotel 5 months in advance for graduation and it was a massive mistake, although convenient to Auburn university. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our bathroom was borderline, passable and was The toilet seat is was undescribable. This hotel seemed to be a mixture of some hourly rentals and some long term stay.

So far, so good.

The greatest service from the moment we arrived ☺️ I made a mess out my information when I made my reservation but the staff were so knowledgeable and helped fix my mess in no time with patience and ease. I'm so grateful to have experienced so much kindness and comfort on top of excellent staff the whole place is SUPER CLEAN!!! ALL OF THE STARS 🤩😁🙃☺️

Our hotel suite was fantastic and perfect for our needs as we were in town for our sons fraternity party. Thank you again and it is an excellent value plus very convenient to the campus.

Dirty needs update

The hotel was fancy!! Very nice for the price. My only two complaints I saw a roach in the bathroom. And the early morning trash pick up was way loud (no the hotel can not help that) but it woke up my boyfriend. Bed was little less than desirable but nothing ever beats my own bed.

We checked in with Heather on night shift. She was wonderful! Incrediable customer service. Then we met a different Heather on day shift. She was super also. I will be staying again on my next trip to Alabama. I recommend staying here, rooms are clean, reasonably priced and the staff are super friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at this safe and clean hotel! Front desk clerk was friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and inviting. We stayed 1 night but would stay again in the future.

The overall experience, cleanliness, stafff was good.

No USB charging outlets in the room on anything - the desk, nightstands, anywhere. In need of a refresh. Looks dated in comparison to other options. Very pleasant desk clerk. Could have been in some sort of uniform. Was just wearing a sports hoody.

The host was very friendly, the room had all the kitchen supplies we needed, the beds were comfortable, and hotel smelled good.

Overall, this property met my needs. Convenient, reasonably priced, and well maintained. I only stayed one night, but can see how the kitchenette would be handy. Plenty of parking. Be aware that, unlike other properties in the area, this one does not offer breakfast. The room was comfortable, but I did have some issues. The TV is wall-mounted in an odd location, and at an odd angle. It is also small for the room. The refrigerators in both rooms (more on that in a sec) were dirty. The biggest issue was that, in the first room I was given, there were blood streaks on the beds' sheets and pillow cases. I contacted the front desk, described what I found, and was placed on hold, and never gotten back to. I proceeded to pack up, and walk down to the front desk. I was given a different room, a weak apology, but no other consideration. My new room was fine. While this location is nice, I doubt that I will return. My advise, if you stay here, would be to check the bed first.

The hotel is tired and in need of renovations and updates. The furniture is chipped and in poor condition. The bathroom was in terrible shape with mold in the tub and a hard to flush toilet. There were also roaches and a bad smell in the room/
