Wonderful all the way!

Clean and very basic. Bathroom was extremely small and dated. Cheap toilet paper. Strong cleaning smell when we first got there. Friendly staff. Gives a place to sleep, nothing more. Could hear people upstairs and next door too well.

Without a doubt our room at the Sun 'N' Sand Motel was clean and tastefully appointed, and the motel itself is conveniently located both to the beach and downtown. That said, the room was quite small, and lacked various amenities which are included with rooms at other local motels for less money -- e.g., no pool, no coffee maker in the room nor free morning coffee at the motel office, no ice dispenser, unpaved parking, etc.

This is an.older very welklmaintained property .4 star hotels are not even as clean as this motel. OFF street and on street parking available .On a quite residential block . RECEPTIVE manage.ment to any concerns .(none) when I stayed.Very high cistomer satisfaction. BOOK early. ROOMS go quick.

We love this property. The beach at Stone Harbor is immaculate - clean, well-maintained, quiet, and never crowded. This property is within walking distance and the rooms are clean and there is outdoor space to hang towels, bathing suits, etc. The staff are very friendly and accommodating - we wouldn't stay anywhere else!
