Overall had a good experience. Staff was great. Rooms were clean and secure. Checking took a long time (sort of a traditional hotel with lots of paperwork). Breakfast was decent but as westerners not a ton of options for my kids. Price was very reasonable. Overall happy with our stay

We liked the access to the gym, spa and the restaurants in the hotel.
We liked having hot water and high water pressure.
The property is beginning to show signs of aging and could use some work especially on the floor tiles.

Its my 1st time to Book in Villa Caceres, And I was so happy That my family had a great time at Villa Caceres, I book to Family Suite, Breakfast is included but we have extra guest and they just pay for the breakfast and its very affordable so worth it. i would definitely book again in Villa Caceres Naga, my family loves the pool. my nephew had their JS prom the same time we book so it was so worth it.

Overall - I'd like the professionalism of the Customer Service/Front Desk; didn't hesitate to help me on my request. The housekeeping service is excellent, very attentive to my/our (2bedrooms) need. Waiters are prompt on our request at the Buffet Breakfast! Excellent foods.

No question of their title the gem of bicolandia ,being 3 stars hotel with a 5 star experience.
And it’s my dream to my parents to enjoy this place to celebrate my dads birthday
But I’m very disappointed of the housekeeping staff who accused my parents of stealing a bath mat.For just 150 pesos.

Nice hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, though the hallway was very noisy and the doors were thin so you could hear every door latch and every conversation like they were in your room. Usually not a problem except early in the morning.
The breakfast was good, mostly Filipino, which is understandable. Expensive dinner buffet (1,000 Pesos, or about $20). We choose to eat elsewhere.
All-in-all, a good place to stay, but a bit pricy by Filipino standards.

Three ladies visiting 'back home' from the states and loved EVERYTHING. It felt like home with total Filipino hospitality. They even wished a happy birthday to me with a song and cake! If you ever are in the area, stay here. Enjoy the sanctuary in a bustling city. Thank you!

My preferred hotel to stay at in Naga, comfortable rooms, some of the best food you can get in Naga, best hotel pool where you can get a cold beer and relax.Last but certainly not least is the hotel staff,so helpful and always friendly they are a credit to the hospitality of the local people....i stayed 27 nights..so highly recommended.

The check in staff was very friendly. The only thing I’d change is that they have a thick plexiglass barrier installed on the checkin counter ( former Covid requirement) that makes it almost impossible to hear the staff, especially thru masks as well.
