Room was not fancy, but comfortable. Friendly staff. AC worked well and silently. Everything was clean. No maid service, but that didn’t really bother us. Kitchen was adequately equipped for 2 people. If you’re bothered by morning light, bring eyeshades because the shades and curtains in the room don’t block light very well. When we were there (off season), it was very quiet, but it’s on a marina with a lot of fishing boats, so in high season there might be some noise from those in the early morning.

I showed up 6 hours early and was allowed in my room. The staff was courteous and helpful. I didnt expect that treatment it just happened to work out. They have earned a repaeat customer.

Great location, loved the view from the balcony watching Ocracoke Ferry coming and going. Large clean room with full kitchen. Quiet and peaceful easy access to great restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

We have a family of 5 and there were 3 twin beds and a queen size bed. There was a kitchen with all the essentials to cook. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleasant experience.

Super helpful staff, called us before time to warn about flooding and road conditions in the area. The harbor has a cute/boutique gift shop. Tons of seagulls and pelicans around here. Beautiful view of the marina from second floor rooms. Anyone planning to visit this area must come prepared.

We'll definitely stay here again - owners are still fixing up the place, they told us, and if nothing fancy, it was quite comfortable with a view over the boats in the marina of the open sea - could see the Ocracoke ferries going back and forth in the distance. Convenient location next to Dinky's (our favorite restaurant) and close enough to Sonny's to see how crowded the parking lot was when deciding when to go for breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at this little motel. The place was rustic, but that is what we were expecting. The location and nearby beaches were absolutely gorgeous and it was not overcrowded, which made for a lovely trip. We especially want to thank Tanya for her generous hospitality when we arrived.

Staff was excellent, great AC and very clean. Place could use a TV and fan in the bedrooms along with a lock on the door. Other than that the stay was awesome and the sunsets are beautiful. Will definitely be back.

We loved this place! Beautiful sunsets and we could see the Hunter Moon rise from our balcony at the same time!! The locals are wonderful..
We enjoyed watching the boats come in with their daily catch.
Large apartment with a Queen room (no tv in room)-bathroom off the bedroom. Good size kitchen with dishes but no pots and pans. There was one big stock pot, but I would bring my own skillet next time maybe if planning to stay a bit. Plenty of dishes and silverware of good quality though. 3 twin beds in the living room area but no couch or anything. We actually just slept out there so we could watch the boats come in and the sun go down. The room is clean. I am in love with this place!!

The motel is at a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and souvenir shopping. A few minutes driving to beach places. The only complains from us is that the bathroom can only be entered from the bedroom, which makes it inconvenient for our family sleeping outside the bedroom. There is no shampoo and conditioner onsite as well.

Stayed here with a couple friends for two nights on a road trip. This place is fantastic. Very clean, very comfortable, and in a perfect location. The people who run it are very nice as well.

Really enjoyed the location of this place. Looking out the window or balcony and seeing the wildlife and boats roll in was cool. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere, friendly staff that values your privacy and excellent housekeeping throughout the stay.

This hotel is amazing the staff are supper nice and very informational. Ive been going to outer banks for years this was my first stay with them I will definately stay with them again. They have a deli onsite i didnt have the chance to give that a try but always smelled awesome around lunch time. Also really close to the beach and great views. Really happy with my stay here.

I got this reservation last minute at a very reasonable price. Seems an excellent setting for hanging out between fishing trips. The room and area were quiet!!! Yeah!!! The convenience to Hatteras was awesuuuuume. But the best thing…the staff. I’ve been fishing out of this marina several times. The staff has always been very accommodating and gracious. Thanks for a great stay!!!
