The king bed was very comfortable. The room was very large and very nicely decorated with two comfortable chairs to relax in, table to eat at and a desk. There was a pergola area. An Oxxo was across the street. Parking by room had great light for safety. We will be return customers again in thd future.

Everything was fine except checkout they wanted to keep half the deposit because of dirty plates and, I was told there was a pink notice near the sink that said that if dishes were left dirty it would come out of the deposit but there was no such notice on or near the sink or anywhere in the suite. I would hope they add this detail to the check in process.

Everything seemed nice until I walked in into my room. There were about ten crickets inside my room, and in the balcony area, there were A LOT more. Seemed like a plague of crickets and other bugs every where. Disgusted by all the crickets and bugs inside and outside the bedroom!

Liked the location and attentive staff. It's a very old hotel but still serving a need for economical rates.

I liked everything about the property. Personel were very attentive to us during our stay. Very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Unsafe. Room key isn't safe. My husband left his phone and credit card on the night stand while going to the pool. It was stolen and the door was locked. The office staff didn't understand English at all and no one helped us.

The swimming pool area was great. Turning on the TV set in the room was a challenge (no remote), we had to locate the - concealed - buttons. Service overall was of good quality. We'll be back!

I arrived only to find out that the person who was also to accompany me had to cancel his trip due to Covid-19 & Pregnancy complication of his daughter in Law. Once checked in, I immediately discovered that the Hotel & it's operating staff were completely incompetent in all areas of Hotel Management. Los Jitos Hotel & Suites did NOT have internet or a Wi-Fi Signal, that would've allowed me to immediately cancel Mr. Jose H. Enriquez's reservations. There was no TV signal as well. The A/C & Toilet did work well. Overall, I give it a -1 Hotel rating. I'd NEVER stay there again, not even as a gift.

Overall it was okay. The rooms where clean and specious. The biggest drawback was the noise. Our room was on the 2nd floor just below the pool area and there was a lot of doors banging and kids making noise and running up and down the hall right outside of our door. Making for a very noisy night.

My family and I had a blast. This was our first stay at this hotel, and after staying at a few other more expensive hotels this was a friendly surprise. Although it was a short stay only 3 days and 2 nights the pools were well maintained and the slides made it even more enjoyable for the family. We went during the weekday so we pleasantly enjoyed a quiet stay at this hotel. Definitely would like to stay here again. And we expect the same experience going forward.

This is a nice clean inexpensive hotel that is pet friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. We had a 2 queen bed room with refrigerator, microwave and small kitchen. Great for overnight or a weekend stay. As a bonus if traveling with children there is a large outdoor pool area on the roof, three pools one with water slides. There are tables etc to eat and a nice view of the water. Also lots of nice restaurants close by.

overall the room was nice. the balcony area should be cleaned once in awhile. the chairs and table dirty. the wifi was horrible. they need to install more access points. the front desk blamed the internet provider. room 203 shower was horrible. the drain was clogged. every time a bath was taken, you did it in standing water..uugggghhh.

Very large room, clean and comfortable, and it even had a little balcony. The wifi wasn't great but it was free and it did work a bit. This was the 3rd time we stayed at this hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
