It was a little long for check-in, but that was due to other people checking in first had to be patient but I was in a hurry

The stove was not real clean. The coffee maker was very used. Air filters in the A/C unit were dirty. Other things were acceptable

Had requested late check out and didn’t pass that on to cleaning ladies, carpet was torn needs attention…

Great front desk staff. Room was musty, toilet hissed all night, coffee maker was old and the heating element was rusty. Coffee maker probably had never been cleaned since day one. Would probably not stay here again.

The manager was very very nice. The room was very comfortable. Could use a little more thourogh cleaning. Lots of stuff on the walls and on the carpet, but not too bad.

I was most surprised that I was the only car in the parking lot besides somebody who lived/worked at the motel. The room was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, but it just seemed odd that we were the ONLY guests at the hotel. I am not really sure why. Maybe they accidentally booked it for that evening and had to accommodate us? The room was reasonably outfitted, and seemed clean.

I had to request that receptionist wear a mask. No hand sanitizer available in office. Carpet in room needs to be replaced. Otherwise all ok .Just looks somewhat in need of a deep clean and fresh paint. Spacious room.

The property is in a town with very few choices. The property is in decent shape, but the bathrooms and kitchenette areas are filthy. They do not provide any cleaning materials, and there are no utensils or plates. The microwave in my room was absolutely disgusting. If they would clean the place up it would get a better review.

MY STAY WAS GOOD, ROOM WAS GREAT WITH KITCHEN, JUST OUTSIDE OF TOWN BUT OVER ALL IT WAS GOOD.. I STAYED THERE FOR 5 HIGHTS AND THE HOUSEKEEPING WAS DONE ONLY 3 TIMES.. PLACE NEED TO HIRE AT LEAST ANOTHER HOUSEKEEPER..

There was a half dead roach in the kitchen. The stovetop had food left under the burners. This is a great hotel for oilfield workers but not for a couples getaway. We only stayed in Three Rivers so we could get halfway to San Antonio. Try getting a nicer place in George West close by. New location but be prepared to battle a lot of bugs in the parking lot since it’s in the middle of nowhere. Also my girlfriend slept off and on and fully dressed scared a bug was going to attack us.

Check in was a breeze and the attendant was very friendly and helpful. He made sure our room was next to the boat hook up which was awesome. The room was big and comfortable. The area was quiet and felt safe.

Staff was friendly and helpful and it was a great stay at a good price. Housekeeping seemed to have phoned it in BEFORE our stay (room not vacuumed, uncleaned toilet, TP not even installed on the dispenser), but thats the only complaint. Just some retraining needed, in my opinion.
