Very comfy hotel with its location, cozy interior atmosphere and amazing terrace view... And the staff from the entrance up to the terrace is way more than being friendly, but only doing their best just to make you feel home. Till the next one!

First time in Malta. Couldn't have made a better choice. The staff were super friendly and helpful . Totally recommend. The only very small issue was strange odour coming from cupboard with the safe,as i said beautiful rooms a proper gem of a hotel .

We loved the fantastic breakfast with wonderful staff. We loved the roof top garden with views all over Malta. Amazing. A truly beautiful boutique hotel with everything you could need and exceptionally helpful staff who gave great advice on what to see and where to go. And arranged everything we needed.

Wonderful staff, beautifully clean hotel, lovely breakfast, very narrow stairs to roof which has a lovely view, not easy with food & drinks in hand to climb! Lift was out of order a few times, again not the best up & down stairs in the heat. Located in a quiet street in the heart of Valletta, lots of bars & restaurants & shops on the doorstop.

Our stay was part of a 4 week travel. The check in process was seamless. Katia was excellent and our room was a beautifully renovated room. The hotel is in a prime downtown location. The breakfast was excellent. We had to checkout very early due to an early flight. Katia arranged to have breakfast food in our room. Would recommend for sure.

We received a warm welcome and many helpful suggestions for touring the area.
The room (s) were very spacious and a coffee machine, wine and water were provided.
The location was excellent and in walking distance to the important sights in Valletta.
This is the epitome of a good boutique hotel!

This small hotel is perfectly located in the centre of Valletta. It's an old townhouse with a modern interior. We found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offered a wide choice and the staff here were lovely. The hotel's web site is accurate and has great photos.

The Ursula hotel is onveniently located a short distance from the main streets in Valletta. It is also very handy for the 3 city and Gozo ferries. The property has been fitted out to a high standard and is well maintained. The rooms are a decent size although our rear facing room had no view. Breakfasts are excellent and the staff could not be more pleasant. A place we would stay at again.

A gem of a hotel in heart of Valletta tucked away in a side street.It was so quiet & benefited from having only 11 rooms,no queuing for breakfast & a stunning roof top with amazing views over the harbour.Staff couldn't have been more helpful,hotel spotlessly clean,housekeeping very good.An absolutely incredible experience

This property was excellent. It was clean, quiet and very well located to main attractions. The staff were fantastic, nothing was to much trouble for them. The breakfast was one of the best we ever had. The room was spacious and it had air conditioning. I would definitely stay again. Many thanks to the staff who made our stay so pleasant.

We arrived at around 01:45am into MLA, so they gave us a pin code to the building a left a note at the reception with check in details. Seamless, faultless and so very easy! Arriving into Malta in the darkness lead to a shock on the rooftop breakfast as we saw the view for the first time and it is undeniably incredible. Would and have already recommended this hotel! Thank you!

Gorgeous hotel and the most welcoming, friendly staff. The location is central, and it's easy to get around on foot to explore the city. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Valletta.

Wow. What a wonderful place to stay. Management and staff couldn't do enough for us. Best breakfast we have ever had at any motel. We highly recommend the Ursulino and we will definitely stay here if we visit Malta again.

This is a unique quirky property with very friendly and helpful staff. It is close to the main areas but in a fairly secluded area.

This hotel is amazing, the staff are friendly and offer the very best customer service. The whole experience was such a joy. The double room we had on the ground floor was spacious with a patio and a large bathroom with walk-in shower. The bed was super comfy and the breakfast room on the 4th floor with the option to eat outside offering breathtaking views just completed our short stay. Breakfast offers choices for all diets, the staff were outstanding. Highly recommend a stay here , great location for exploring this amazing city.
