Very nice small hotel & restaurant. Well positioned to explore sterling by foot. Room was spatious and very modern.

Excellent restaurant and hotel right in the middle of Sterling. Restaurant was good, room was large and comfortable, and location was convenient for everything we wanted to see.

The property was an unexpected gem. The thoughts of being part of a restaurant and bar was a little questionable but the accommodations were fabulous and the onsite parking was a plus. Also, if you’re in decent shape, the walk to Stirling Castle is absolutely doable. The only reason condition and facilities as well as around the property got 4 instead of 5 stars is because it was a little dated and it was right off a busy thoroughfare. Otherwise, we had a fabulous stay with the staff being fantastic.

We arrived early to drop off our bags and decided to have breakfast before heading out for the day, the breakfast menu looked great and I was delighted as we would be able to enjoy a good breakfast each day. Our 1st morning after staying we received a different menu with less options, both mornings I ordered poached eggs with Bloomer bread, 1st morning I got sliced brown second morning sliced white and a cold piece of bacon. The stay itself was ok, location excellent, rooms are clean but radiators needed cleaned especially in bathroom. Also hairs on bottom of bathroom walls and in the corners of bathroom floor. Bed Linen and towels spotless. It was just silly things that let the stay down. The staff are fantastic so friendly from waiting staff to housekeeping all are wonderful.

We just did an overnight stay here. Staff was extremely friendly. Room was great spacious and clean. Food in the restaurant was great. Private parking in the rear. The only small downside was it is in the center of town on a busy roundabout and was a little noisy into the late hours.

Awesome location in Stirling to hit all the sites.. great room and even better dining... to top it off the staff is amazing .. couldnt have asked for anything more...

Located on the second floor of the restaurant, the room was spacious, but furniture and carpet show signs of ware. Bed was a double with adequate level bedding.
The sink and shower were slow to drain, but water pressure was great.
The staff were welcoming and pleasant.
The value for what I got was decent because it included breakfast in the morning.

Fletchers is within easy walking distance to the Stirling City Centre . My wife and I had a large bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and windows on 2 sides. We were there 5 nights. But as we were visiting family we only dined there once in the evening, The menu was comprehensive imaginative and reasonably priced. Our breakfast was full and well cooked. The relatively new management have plans to further improve the property. Service was excellent and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay at Fletchers when we visit Stirling again.

Our stay at Fletchers was great. Also they had an elevator so that was a plus. The location was perfect an easy walk to the city center and castle. The staff was great and the food was incredible my husband couldn’t stop raving about the mussels and had a delicious truffle waffle for dessert The room wasn’t the biggest, but fine for us.

we stayed at fletchers before the hotel is excellent great location staff are fantastic we had dinner one night it was not as good as the last time my wife had a pasta dish it was very bland pasta was very over cooked i had fish it was ok apart from that we would definitely stay there again thank you.

We enjoyed Fletchers. Big room, bigger bathroom. Bed was comfy and I loved that they provided a glass bottle of water rather than plastic. It was one of the hottest days on record when we stayed and they kindly provided a fan. Don’t expect AC in Scotland, they generally don’t need it. But with the windows open and the fan going, the room cooled nicely over night. Parking is ample and free. I’d stay here again.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are clean, bright and comfortable. En-suite was very clean and tidy. We had an evening meal with a table for 7. The staff couldn't do enough for you. The food was cooked to everyone's taste. We had breakfast, it was presented well and tasted beautiful.

Just one criticism.. The pillows weren't at all comfortable and really need replacing.The service was second to none. Stuart met us immediately as we arrived, checked us in, took our dinner booking and directed us to our room. All other staff members we met were equally attentive and friendly.Overall we had a lovely and memorable stay at Fletchers in Stirling.

Was so nice to be home to see family after 2 years, Stuart and the team looked after us from arriving till leaving , we got married there 8 yrs ago and had our wedding breakfast and reception there, was nice to step back in time, And OMG the breakfast was to die forIf you get the chance go stay with them, I know I’ll definitely be back
