5 min walk to the beach, cute and fun nautical theme, bed was large and comfy, room had a balcony, 2 waters every morning, shampoo and body wash, q-tips and other bathroom essentials, overall I loved it! Negative-There were lots of ants in my room, specifically on my toilet which I noticed too late after a long day of travel. The woman at the front desk got it cleaned but not very politely and pretty dismissive. the male night clerk was much more friendly and accommodating. Taxi stand at the end of the walkway up was a little sketch but never too invasive as the normal Thai way. Would recommend as a female solo traveler!

Nice staff BUT I've booked 2 nights and the first night I have to move to another hotel without informed and I knew after check in procedure. Room is good condition with balcony. Location is good to the convenience store and motorbike rental. Airport transfer is free for one trip to the hotel and 100THB extra if you want to go the airport. Overall good and you're close to the beach with 5 mins walk.

They say Thailand is the land of smiles. Well that all ends at this hotel and maybe that is why they call it Chill House. The receptionist perhaps is not from Thailand as she was rude, unpleasant and should not be in the hospitality business.

Great overnight stay. Cold AC. Warm bed. Hot shower. Downside was theres only one English TV channel & its a France news channel. So not exactly as advertised online. But the service was good and its nice being so close to the beach and national park, both within a few minutes walking. Much better than staying on the strip with more traffic and just a minute closer to the airport. Id stay here again, but plan my own entertainment in lieu of the tv.

Clean and good value. Convenient location as well

We stayed for only around 12 hours as we had an early morning flight and we only paid £18 for the night which was an amazing deal. The place was cute and quiet and we went to grab dinner in the restaurant at the Proud Hotel opposite which was lovely. Super close to the airport also for convenience.

It was ok. real basic but overall good for first day in Phuket after airport. the bathroom was smelly though and had a lot of mosquitos.. and it was very noisy.. the lobby itself looks cute and the exterior of lobby is ok. Staff was ok. The guy was very friendly and nice.. the girls very grumpy.

SImple, clean and convenient hotel close to both airport (3 mins in taxi) and beach (3 mins walking). Friendly staff, easy check in. No complaints. You probably wouldn’t want this as your vacation holiday as there’s no pool or gym but as a transit stop it’s great.

It’s very close to airport, only 3-5 drive mins. There’s a 7-11 nearby, very convenient. But the room got ants, it’s walking on the desk. Shower is only on the top which is can’t move.overall is good if your flight arrived in midnight, valua to stay and price is cheap.

Great restaurant across the street. We just needed the room for a few hours. I booked for two not thinking it would matter since we would check out 5hes later and not spend the night. They charged us. Very close to the airport and quiet area. Gave free water.

The staff was very friendly, they pick us up at the airport, the room was nice and clean, just like the pictures. Very close to the beach and a local bar

The costumer services at the front desk was terrible. The lady had a really bad attitude plus we have to wait 30 min to check in because she wasn't there.

We just needed a room for staying one night near by airport. Good location and got good service from them

It is a lovely resort and I would recommend it, especially if you can get a deal. The pools are great, the staff amazing, the room was good. Food was very overpriced considering it was nothing special, although the inclusive breakfast helped to balance that out.

We stayed for 2 nights before flying from Phuket international. Room was nice enough. Local area is a little run down. 100bat each for airport drop off (3-4 minute drive) was a little steap but got us there in plenty of time for our flight.

The bathroom was mouldy, the bed was hard & uncomfortable & the air conditioner was so noisy we hardly got any sleep. You could also hear other guests walking down the hallways. It was quite loud. We only stayed one night in between flights, but would not stay there again

This place was quite nice, you are quite close to the beach 5 minute walk, there is a scooter shop right in front of the street (as we found they offer scooters although were not available for the 5 days we were there) so we rented from the other place. The bed is terribly uncomfortable, felt like we were sleeping on wood, so took us a bit since we both have a bit of back pain. The gentleman that works nights is lovely, we end up calling him cheeky boy, he loves to have a bit of fun and will make your stay as accommodating as possible. The woman that works the day shift, well less than accommodating, not sure if she just didn't like us but was quite rude on multiple occasions. We had to just ignore it, we tried to rent a motorbike every night asked her to save, we would wake up on her shift at 0800 -0900 and surprise there was nothing saved or available for us. was a bit frustrating. The room is nice, small balcony but basic. You will all your amenities shampoo, soap, conditions, etc... and the cleaning in the bathroom could be a bit better, the mold was a bit of a turnoff, i just covered it. Overall we enjoyed the stay here and the area, would stay here again although for another $20-30 a night I could be on the beach. Close to airport and free pick up was nice and save 150-200 Baht. would stay especially for 1 or 2 evenings in-between flights.

Greeted by an awesome shell chandeller and a guy with a huge smile on his face who was very friendly, we cracked jokes and he helped us up to our room! The room was also modern and decorated very well. In the morning the same smiling guy took me to the airport and helped me with my bags in a modern 4x4 car. I would recommend this place for your last couple of nights and it is about a 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants and about a 10 min car journey to the airport.
