Booked room since they claim to be pet friendly. Arrived to check in and refused a room because we had a cat.
They must only take dogs and aardvarks I guess. If you are not pet friendly, stop advertising on this site as beinging pet friendly.

Needed a couple rooms on the way to Vegas, found a great deal and thought let’s try it out! Loved it. Super vintage motel style vibe. Clean rooms, good beds, what more could you ask for from a motel? Parked my truck right outside the door. Overall we were very happy with it, so happy we stayed there on our return trip home again!

Oh stay was very short, since we had to be at our destination at a certain time. The room was clean, but there was a musty smell that was there. Once you laid down all you could smell was the laundry detergent from the sheets. Staff was very friendly. And the bed is not as bad as we were expecting, quite comfortable.

It was VERY OLD. The edges of the walls where there were no baseboards were disgusting. Bed was older. We had 4 nights planned there and cancelled the rest. NO ELEVATOR not for people with a lot of luggage.

One of the employees noticed that I had 2 reservations mine the 23rd& 24th ! Your hotel.com gave me a reservation on 22nd & 23rd ! Betty fixed hotel.fuckupcom ya it’s a joke how many reservations your company puts out wrong date and can’t cancel! Your response sucks I’m done ✔️ good bye 🖕

There were bed bugs in my linens on the bed, the floor was very dirty and someone tried to get into my room during the night. I asked for a refund because of the bed bugs. I have probably 20 bites that have appeared since being there. No refund was offered.

Exceptional hotel. Maybe a little dated but EVERYTHING works great!! Shower awesome. A/C awesome. Hot tub / pool awesome. Bed and all the pillows awesome. TV with free movies awesome. The cleaning crew were helpful, kind and awesome. What a great find in Idaho Falls, thank you Motel West!!!

The hotel was ok . It was a cheaper hotel so I do realize you get what you pay for . Pool was a bit disgusting. It needs to be cleaned. We had a decent stay .

The mattress was SHOT. We had to put it on the floor to make it half-way usable. Also, the plumbing was backward - hot and cold reversed from side to side.
