Room B02 in the annex. Really comfortable bed. Nespresso machine in room. Only problem is the smart TV doesn't receive most of the encrypted channels. Just over the customs post from Konstanz. Easy to get into the Altstadt and the lake. Would stay again.

Fantastic location on the border between Switzerland and Germany. Parking on site. Very friendly and helpful staff. 10 minute walk to Lake Konstanz. Will be back :)

A great experience! Very nice staff, great little cafe, the rooms were spacious, and the whole hotel was impeccably clean. Parking is at the property, and eventhough they charge for it, it is very convenient. It is only a few blocks from the Bodensee and a short distance to the old part of the city.

Located only 50 meters from the German border. Not far away from the harbor area. We had 2 rooms in the back of the hotel. Balcony not really useful as it was in the back with no view. Nice breakfast to buy on top of room prices. Friendly staff

Very Geeky seemly newly renovated placed. Advanced amentities. Very clean looking. The receptionist was very warm and helpful in depositing our luggage and providing Swiss-to-German plug adaptor (we forgot to bring one). Has a balcony where we enjoyed a nice dinner there in the open. One little complain was the electrical outlets were positioned awkwardly and not in convenient places. Wifi was fast but sometimes unstable. Overall very great value. Will recommend and will come again.

Weather is hot and theres no air con, only a fan. We cannot open the window because our room is facing the main street.

Location is walkable from both the cruise boat dock and the train station. The room was comfortable and modern. The room is rather noisy on nights when there is live music in the ground floor cafe.

wasnt that good, the hotel is very basic hotel, clean, & safe. however, the staff are not friendly at all, out wifi wasnt working and ask them to change our room with one has a wifi, however, the employee said no other rooms are more expensive than yours, wait until morning to get someone fix it or get down at the var and use the wifi there. there is no air condition as you dont need it, but once you open the window you can here everything happened down at the street. dont forget there is a bar down and people staid there until late time.also, check out is at 10 am ant it is early so, i asked only for 15 minutes extra and they said yes in a way that like we are asking them for money or something huge. please people you have to learn how to deal with hotel guests. we paid money we didnt stay for free.

Great location in walking distance of Constance's old town. Modern design, very clean room, pleasant clerk. The only downside: for such a recent hotel, the quality of the mattress was awful - cheap foam maybe? This is in contrast with the clean and well taken care of room.

Nice small hotel, clean and accesible. However breakfast is only served from 7.30 excatly which can make it dificault to make before early morning meetings

We needed this hotel to recover from oral surgery 3 blocks away. We were required to stay in the room and rest for three days after surgery. We checked out early and had to eat prepayment for 4 additional nights that we did not use. There was no receptionist, refrigerator, storage for clothes, comfortable chair, or english speaking channels on the TV. Internet only worked when the tv was on. Decoration was very sterile.

Nice, clean, good location for us

Modern hotel, very clean, very spacious and a great cafe and bar within the hotel. Was very close to the centre of Kontanz and all its nightlife and shopping. The room was excellent, very large with a comfy bed, seperate sitting area and big bathroom. Was a lovely change from some smaller hotel rooms and hostel dorms.
