Very cute 3-star hotel in Cagnes-sur-Mer, steps from the beach. Very quiet and includes free parking for guests (first come first served basis) Room was a bit on the small side, but comfortable and clean. The owners and staff are pleasant and accommodating and it was an enjoyable stay

the room was small. However, we just needed to stay the night and the staff was very helpful and nice. It was as expected.

We stayed here for two nights when going to two World Cup rugby games in Nice. It was a comfortable stay with an enjoyable walk to the local train station and then taking the train to St Augustin to then take the tram to the stadium. All straight forward. The room is comfortable, with a comfortable mattress. Personally I would have liked more than a sheet on the bed as my husband likes the air conditioning on and I then find it cold overnight. The hotel is good value for money normally ( we paid much higher because of World Cup). It is what you would expect for this star of hotel. It could easily be further upgraded if the owners wished by updating the shower room and perhaps including tea/coffee and a small fridge for water. The balcony with sea view was a nice area to watch the world go by.

For an almost beach front hotel (can’t get much closer:-) it was in pretty good shape. The proprietor is helpful. Good value for money.

The hotel was hard to find. It was in a residential area but it was 1 block to the beach so it made things easier. we stayed there the night before our flight left from the Nice Airport. It was an easy drive to the airport and a nice last evening in France

Nothing negative at all. Just make sure that the owner knows when you arrive. I recommend this property without any reservations. For breakfast I recommend the Danish Coffee lab to the right as you exit the property. There is another bakery cafe on the left farther away that should be avoided. The blonde lady put water instead of milk in our latte! Didn’t know milk was so expensive in France.

The staff was so helpful and friendly, answered any questions we had and made us feel very comfortable! The location was amazing, very close to the ocean and lots of delicious restaurants! Would absolutely recommend if you don’t mind a smaller room, because the hospitality and location was worth it!

Funny place! In the room the management announced in writing that guests were not allowed to eat or drink in the room, and that everybody had to be quiet after 9 pm. If not he would fine them! It felt as if the bed had plastic cover under the sheet. And the rest of the ambience? Well maybe this Hotel does not belong in Hotels.com.

Amazing gem ! 3min was From the promenade (beach), very friendly and polite owners. Went with my 4yo son and we had an amazing time. Be sure to Sign up for their breakfast with amazing coffee and croissant!

A small hotel, just one block from the beach, shops, and restaurants, this is locally owned and operated establishment, very friendly and accommodating. I’m definitely staying here on my next visit!

The property offered free parking in their private lot. It was also about 10 mins to the Nice airport which made it convenient on our departure date. It was located within several minutes walking distance of several restaurants along the Route du Bord de Mer, which is the major street next to the water. The rooms and bathroom were a little small but very clean. The people at the front desk spoke and understood a limited amount of English. They do not have a computer and printer for public use. We would stay at this hotel again.

Great location, 75 meters off the waterfront promenade , and an easy 20 mnt drive to NCE airport. super friendly staff, ( Valerie and marcel, I think it was)..,free on the property parking...can’t check in until 4 pm but after that you have 24:7 access... rooms are small, but typical for Europe...clean, quiet, ....would go there again for sure.

An absolute recommendation for this little 2 star hotel! Two stars in an absolte underrating. They deserve at least 3 etoiles! Room was kept clean very well, however a little bit small (we had the family room where we could leave our ampel luggage in the little bedroom), but that is customary in France. The proprietors and house-keeping are awfully nice people and they make you feel really welcome. The beach is almost at the doorstep. On the way back home we agreed to take this hotel again next year.
