It was a very good experience. We have stayed in a few holiday park but this park is one of the best because its very clean and tidy even if they move us to an animal friendly room

I chose to stay at Enclave over Big 4 where I'm a member for a few reasons 1. The cost per night is a lot cheaper for a cabin at Enclave 2. It's quieter at Enclave perhaps due to less children or well behaved children and 3. The cabin was pre-warmed for our arrival and the heating including hot water was very welcoming.

Great well maintained property. 2/3 of the accommodation is long term/permanent residents. Pool is very small and shower pressure and water temp are not great.

A great kitchen with a new stove oven etc.
An inside dining table and outside to boot seperate indoor bathroom and toilet.
The management very kind and caring people who promoted a number of restaurants and tourist attractions in the area I'll be back with our any hesitation.

Beautiful secluded property a short distance from Healesville.
Our 2 bedroom cabin was very spacious and clean. All the amenities you can possibly need on a quick getaway. Pool area lovely and secure. Just remember that mobile phone signals are poor, but then again, that’s why you’re having a break from the hustle and bustle. Will return again.

The staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Aside from the couch throw cushions being grimy, the cabin was quite clean and comfy. Location is quiet and convenient, close to town and the sanctuary. The pool was lovely. Would stay here again.

Very nice BBQ area with outdoor couch near the pool. The boom gates to exit the property operated very quickly so you didn't have to stop your vehicle.

We had booked for a different date originally and had to change the date which was granted to us with no problem. The staff are extremely friendly, the park is well laid out, quiet and very clean. Only 3 minutes drive from the town centre. Will not hesitate to stay again.

Could not fault the overall cleanliness of the unit.ahd a bit of bad luck when the hot water service died while doing the washing up,but no fault of the ownersA couple of globes needed replacing but overall the owners and the unit were very acceptable in our opinion.We would not hesitate to use their facilities in the future.

Small cabin unfortunately there was some things that needed attention in the unit, we left a list for them to look at, but overall the park was lovely and close to the Healesville Santuary which was great.

Lovely small well-maintained park, quiet and with a very friendly welcome. The small 2-person cabin was clean and fine for our overnight stay (the air-conditioning was very much appreciated). The bed was quite hard, but that suits many people, so no great issue.

The owners were very informative, helpful and friendly. The cabin was spotlessly clean, although the bathroom & bedroom were tiny. No noise or litter problems. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A great stay overall. Property managers were wonderful and we found the facilities to meet our needs very well. The couch was a little old and dated, which between that and the rather large huntsman spider that was dwelling in the curtains is the only reason we didn't give this place the full high rating. Seriously a great experience though and we'll be back, but we just might do a spider check before getting too comfortable...
