The room was as advertised but in a neighboring hotel. They did upgrade us to a room with an inside private bath (with a step up to access) instead of a shared bath. Unfortunately it was on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not so good when you are in a wheelchair. Luckily i am still somewhat mobile but it might not have worked for others. They did store our luggage for us when we arrived early morning

The property has an excellent location: 5 minutes walk form the bus/railway station, 5-10 minutes walk from the main attractions.I had a single room with "shared" bath, which actually was not 'shared".It belonged to the room ( 10 steps on the corridor from the room), and was used only by myself. Both room and bath room were super clean.I could leave my luggage at 8 a.m. and could pick up at 9 p.m.There was a reading lamp at the bed! Extra point!!The lady at the reception was super friendly and helpful.

Don't go there in summer! The room is VERY HOT! There is NO air condition! The ceiling fan is too slow, it does not do anything! There are only 2 toilets on each floor. You can use a fridge, but there is no boiler for hot water to prepare tea and no microwave. Only it is very close to the train station. Again: THE ROOM IS VERY HOT IN SUMMER!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the hostel. The staff was nice and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and there was a water boiler available to make tea and coffee. It was however a bit noisy in the morning when the neighbors left at 7am.

Close to the city center, not expensive, very clean and well managed. Within walking distance from the railways station, the cathedral (beautiful) and the city center.

I have stayed in the hotel during a few days. The room and the shared bathroom were spacious and clean. The presence of a sink inside the room compensated for the absence of the entire bathroom.
Furthermore, the hotel is close to the center of the city.

Good stay has everything you need wifi is abit rubbish and the aircon is very very noisey in my room but other than that great

This hotel would be fine except it's on an incredibly noisy sleep. If you stay there make sure to ask for a room not facing the main street. The shared bathrooms were also very dirty and the showers didn't drain properly. The room itself was fine and the price was good.

Single room at great price. Shared, clean bathroom. Putting this place on my list to revisit if I get to Trieste again. It does have some flaws though, poorly lit and maybe a little rough around the edges. But for me it worked out perfect. Thank you.

very easily located place, like 10 minutes from train station walking down main street, there is an amazing Gelateria shop right downstairs. its about 20-30 minute walk to the main big square of Trieste where there are plenty of bars and places to eat, well located
