The hotel did not honor my booking on expedia and notified me 1 night before my check in.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was expensive and not included. The hotel said it was not included because of Expedia reservation. I tried to contact Expedia to ask why and if they could include my breakfast, but there is not way to get a contact with an operator from Expedia. I will never book with Expedia if I obtain worse condition than all the other not using Expedia.

Hotel is perfect, location, design and service but there was a loud banging noise coming from the AC, several guest had the same issue, to bad to have a bad sleep with such a great hotel

The hotel is very well located across the street of a great mall with restaurants and stores. Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated

Employees at front desk were very accommodating they made sure you feel welcome. The bed is awesome

It was good and the location is convenient infront of the mall which it has shops and restaurants. The room was good it's just I'm picky with the bathroom which one wasn't clean enough. Overall was good. I think the room should have a small refrigerator.

We had a good time, short stay after an event close to the hotel. The hotel is nice and has great location, rooms are functional and clean, staff is helpful. Room service is sent in disposable packaging but it is not eco friendly/recyclable.

I dont like the room setup. Closet without doors, the sink outside right at entrance of room. No light inside WC. I wont stay there again

This is a very nice property but it's starting to show a few signs of wear. Still a beautiful place. The breakfast buffet was OK; not exactly gourmet. Staff was fine; we had a good rapport with the bartender. Keep in mind this is nowhere near the city center but the location is great if you want to be near Antea (a large mall with lots of shops and restaurants) but I was surprised that the area is not very walkable. It makes no sense to Uber to Antea but if you want to walk, you have to cross four lanes of traffic with no crosswalk and an elevated dirt median. Then you get into the Antea parking lot and again there is no pedestrian walkway. We booked this place for easy mall access, so that was a little disappointing. It's more the fault of the folks who designed the whole complex, not just the hotel. Overall I'd say this place is fine if you get it at a decent price and you want to be in this part of town. You might get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

La atencion por parte del personal fue muy buena, solamente deben poner mas atencion en los dispensadores de alcohol en gel ya que habia varios vacios durante varios dias y solicitar a los visitantes usar la mascarilla en areas publicas.

The hotel is well located, near juriquilla and next to Antea (shopping center), however, having stayed in Queretaro in many hotels nearby, we feel it is a bit overpriced, considering the size of the room.

Air condt didnt work. Hotel was basicly empty but my room wasnt ready upon check in. Had to wait 44 min. Bar tender was no bartender. Plus the drinks were super expensive.

Location is across the street from a large mall with many great stores, restaurants, and Cinépolis. That’s exactly what we wanted when we chose this hotel.

The hotel is nice though this time around I noticed it was a little run down as they have a cheap-looking "tiendita" (little store) in the lobby. Also, one of the two elevators didn't work and it took us ages to go to our room and even more to leave in the morning as it was always packed and we had to wait for 30 minutes to be able to hop in.

With the Marriott name and price, i expected more. It was like someone was trying to take advantage of the name to make more money with less service.

The staff are so helpful and friendly it makes the stay so much better. They had wonderful breakfasts and often they would bring to my room prepared exactly how I wanted them.

The property is very modern and the staff are great.

Really a nice hotel and very convenient with Antea and all the shopping and dining options.
