Catching a ferry to hike across Catalina the next morning. Motel was very clean. I upgraded to a King bed pleasantly suprised to see a Keurig coffee maker. They had free parking and also paid parking while I was in Catalina. Staff was awesome!

I was pleasantly surprised , how clean and somewhat modern it looked inside. Small fridge, microwave and coffee maker; vinyl flooring On the downside, no phone inside. Also when u check in, there is no lobby, so you stand outside to check in and the window between you and clerk is a bit too heavily tinted for my liking, so makes communicating a bit challenging. I would stay here again. Cheers

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly. The good was we were able to do an early check in and the front desk lady gave us a room not right next to Pacific Ave (a very busy street). The bad was that the pillows were very poor (stained and torn, picture attached). We were also woken up at 12:03 am by multiple gun fire in the neighborhood and then again at 5:30 am by more gun fire. The ugly is that we decided to check out the next morning instead of staying an additional night and informed the desk person at 9:00 am about this. She said she would contact Hotels.com and credit the second evening. When Hotels.com contacted her (at my request), she refused to credit the second evening. We would never consider staying here again.

Near cruise station

In town for a fishing trip. Check in was easy, place was clean, had a good quiet night sleep. Would book again.

We got here early and they let us leave our luggage in office so that we could walk around until room was cleaned. Bed is really comfortable!!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. It didn't come close to matching previous reviews. There wasn't an office to go into to register or ask questions. We had to stand outside at a window and ring a bell for anything including registration. The room didn't even have a phone to call for any assistance. They did give us good info and a map to find restaurants and areas of interest.

Friendly staff who helped get transportation to our cruise terminal the next day. Very dirty A/C unit (filter had thick lint etc on it).

Great stay. Smaller motel. We took ground floor so no stairs. But was noisy with ppl walking around above us with shoes at 0600 next morning. Also ppl talking loudly in the am outside your door but that is disrespectful ppl not the hotel. Basic hotel but bed comfy, it was clean, area is pretty quiet and felt safe. Wld use this motel and area again. Booked to be close to cruise ship San Pedro. Walking distance for sure. Took about 15 min max. Flat then a bit downhill. Then a nice walk along the harbour to the ship. Had coffee at sacred grounds. Ate breakfast at the think cafe on the way to the ship. Great food and staff. Lyft to hotel 52$ from lax. Was a great option.

The check in was great, we had no issue showing up late at night. The outside of the hotel looks a little run down. The room looks nice and very modern. Only issue we had with the room was a constant musty smell from humidity. We had to leave the bathroom exhaust on and turn up the heat to get rid of the smell.

Small but very clean and hospitable

Very nice for the price you pay. No carpet in the rooms. Newly renovated. Three piece bathroom. Walking distance to å lot of stuff. Very friendly staff.

Basic but clean and comfortable for one night before we left on a cruise. Friendly service helped arrange a taxi for us. Gave very good Recommendation for eating and traveling too 😁

Hotel and room were perfect for my one night stay for a local work trip.

Clean and convenient for the cruise ship. Staff was very helpful. Took advantage of the cruise parking deal way cheaper then the at the terminal. Great places to eat within walking distance. In my opinion its was one of the cleanest motel rooms I've stayed in.

Clean renovated room. Desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful.

Great location to restaurants. Towels are tea towel size. Check in made us very uncomfortable. Walkable to port.

Seems like a family run hotel. Very convenient to San Pedro port. Allowed extended parking while on cruise at very reasonable rate.

Ok stay for one night

Room was clean but it was bare minimum. There was no lamp on the night stand. Had to get up to turn the lights on or off. The creamer in the coffee packet was so old that it had turned solid. Towels were old and worn out. They should have replaced them long time ago. Toiletries were bare minimum with 2 packets of shampoo and two small bar soaps. No conditioner and no lotion. Only 2 pillows on the queen bed I will not go back! I like fluffy towels, 4 pillows and lamps on the night stand. I also like to have lotion, shampoo, conditioner provided.

The management was great. The area around was sad, but not due to management. They were great. We will come back.

Nobody in office to greet us.

Owner was Super Nice. We were staying to Leave on cruise next day. It’s a motel so had no expectations like you would with hotel. But it was very reasonable. Right by port. Let us park there for half the cost of cruise center parking and got us an Uber to take us to ship and told us how to get back. Couldn’t have asked for better service or a nicer guy

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They even offered to arrange transportation to get me to the ship terminal which I very much appreciated.

Great motel for stay before cruise

Great location for the cruise port. Good outdoor lighting & cameras. Shorter blackout curtain in 1 room & let a lot of light in. Tile floor looked nice, but very cool on the feet

I like the cleaning , the personnal attention and the location.

Ptoperty ok for the price. Neighborhood is sketchy and options for dining are not great.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area.
