Clean room, with comfy beds, full size fridge, huge tv

Untidy dirty motel, even checking in I was made to feel unwelcomed. I paid on Expedia yet they almost insisted on having my credit card, like no... It's already been paid I'm not paying twice

They called me the day of my stay an hour before check in to tell me that they had no rooms and that it was my fault for booking online. I did book online but then called TWICE to confirm my room and pet fee. Whoever called trying to get me to cancel was super rude and unpleasant. After securing another room (at the EL Lobo - Highly recommend BTW) I called back to confirm my cancellation, the lady who answered the second time was very pleasant. Will not be attempting to stay here again and I advise anyone else not to bother. I was really upset by my whole experience with the Dockside inn.

Short walk to the lake docks. Staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast assortment was great, many cereal choices, fresh fruit, begals and more.

I like that area because that is near cold lake.

Clean with plenty of excellent food options within 5 minute walk. Shopping and liquor store across the street.

Good price and a decent room with a good Shower

The hotel boasts the marina right outside, which was a highlight of my stay. However, the room itself was fairly standard, and there were some cleanliness and maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. Upon checking in, I noticed that the bedding had not been properly washed, as there were noticeable, unclean stains. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk staff, I was informed that although a clean comforter was unavailable, they could wash the stained one. In the meantime, they provided a clean blanket to use underneath. Despite their efforts, the idea of sleeping in that bed was still unsettling. Additionally, the room was quite noisy at night due to the radiator-style wall heaters and significant squeaking from the upper floors—it sounded almost as if a tennis ball was being bounced overhead. The toilet seat was unstable and in need of repair, and the escutcheon plate in the bathtub where the faucet handle is mounted was also very loose. These maintenance and noise issues, combined with the initial problem with the bedding, made for a less than comfortable stay. Considering the overall quality and the problems I encountered, the price of just over $94 with taxes felt excessive. This was disappointing given the expectations set by the hotel's prime location and potential.

The property is clean and tidy if not a little dated. There is no access to USB plugs for charging devises. The eaves trough had a crack in it right above our room and as the snow melted, the water would fall and hit my vehicle and plash our door. Was also disappointed in the fact that our reservation was for a 1 queen bedroom with sofa, but they originally gave us a room with 2 queen beds. When I went to request the correct room, was made to feel like I was being overly difficult.

Check in was quick, easy, and super friendly. Very lovely staff.

Have stayed here a number of times over the years, and certainly good value for the price. The supplied breakfast is diverse and entirely adequate. Will be back!

Great place to stay while working in cold lake.

This Inn was clean and quiet and the housekeeping job on my room when I arrived and throughout my stay was impeccable. All the staff were helpful and accommodating and everything about the place left me wanting to come back again. I highly recommend this Inn as a your place to settle in and stay while you're visiting Cold Lake, AB.

The cleanliness of the room was immaculate and housekeeping was done on a daily basis, every day I come home from a long day of work and the room is tidyed and clean, breakfast room is easily accessible and coffee on the go! Nice place

Staff was friendly and professional and attentive. The breakfast was pleasant. Second day of stay sewer, smell radiating from bathroom staff attempted to fix problem was fixed for only a couple hours then smell continued. bed was comfortable and main room was clean sink was dirty and bath tub was also dirty.

It was nice simple and quiet.

We found Burn holes in both our pillow case and the bottom of our sheets

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was very tall. I had to crawl in and out of it. Confused by the full size fridge in this non-kitchen room. Cheaper than a mini maybe? The area didn't have much to offer except the marina and possibly 3 restaurants.
