The only good part is location, close to airport and decent dining options. Otherwise, the property send really old and average. The AC does not work in hallways, and the plywood is scratched and worn out at many places in the room. I would not stay if not close.to airport and like just get some shut eye.

Ive stayed here a few years ago. While large and attempt is good, the upkeep has gone down. The bed sheets aeent white enough, towels are really old. They should focus on maintaining such a large property wity good potential

My flight delayed and I arrived past mid night. Sadly no where near a 5 Star hotel. The rooms were smelling of beach, stains on bed sheet. Unkempt hall ways, noisy doors…, it was supposed to be non smoking, but there were remenants of smoke..

This is an airport hotel and should only been used if you need short transportation to the airport.

Location is convenient otherwise it does not qualify to be in aerocity. Description says self park but they forced valet parking and too much delay in car pickup. Coffee maker was so dirty like it has been washed for months. Replacing took much longer than a hotel of this category should take.

This was my first stay at this hotel and the hotel group. It has a mediocre vibe and this is reflected in their service and the staff. Check in took a while as the staff asked for the identification documents in piecemeal rather than in a one go. We ordered a couple of cappuccino for our room and not only the coffee served was not hot but also had a horrible taste. We then went to the onsite bar ( Black Stallion) and again the service was very slow. The bartender was server as well! They didn’t know how to serve single malt whiskey on the rocks! Overall, this hotel should be a 3-star at the best. A few of our family stayed at JW Marriott next door and they had a fantastic experience as one should in a 5-star hotel in India.

Quick check in, very good breakfast buffet. Much improved variety of foods. Efficient check out. All you need for a quick overnight transit.

There are no family rooms at the hotel. For a family of 4 with 2 small kids, it is not convenient to book 2 separate hotel rooms to accommodate 4 of us. We requested for infant cot but we were told it’s not available. There was no facility of sofa bed either. The only option you have is to pay 1500 for an extra bed. Hope they improve this at the hotel for future and be more inclusive for families.

This hotel says 5 Star but it’s more like a higher 3-4 star. I was disappointed with the smell of products (strong incense smell) and the quality of the duvet (seemed like a really old blanket). I would stay here again but I would not pay for the price they are charging, the price does not align with the quality. Staff were very nice, helpful and kind.

First the front desk reception people are not friendly, they way treating customers based on region. and the bed was too squeeze and not comfortable. At middle of night there was no power which made me awake and couldn't sleep back. This hotel should rate less than 3 * hotel. only convenient is near to IGI airport. I stayed for one night for a business trip and will never come back again to this hotel.

I don't understand why this hotel has this low score at hotels.com app. I was also worried of it before I arrived here, but the hotel is totally satisfying. Every staff was kind and nice, and the room condition was fine. Bhaji at the breakfast was so great. I'd like to strongly recommend here to someone who is on a business trip.

It was noisy until midnight for the first night. But, every other thing was good.

Booked the hotel for an overnight stay to take an early morning flight out of New Delhi Airport. Check-in was cumbersome as I had to explain what all I had added extras to my booking . Perhaps gap in communication between Expedia/Hotels.com to the Hotel Reception. Had booked buffet dinner which was great and I would recommend eveyone to book this during their stay. A small hitch was finding a housefly sitting on a lovely pastry which was promptly removed by staff when we alerted them. Breakfast was standard with various options a must addition if you are taking an early morning flight . Conceirge service was flawless both delivery of our bags to room.and back out to the car for transfer to airport. There is a airport tra sfer included in your booking but make sure you promt the reception staff as sometime this could be missed. Overall bathroom in room needs a bit of cleaning but room was fine with comfortable beds and linens.

This was the worst 5 star hotel I have been to. It feels more like a cheap 4 star. The mirrors were rusted. The bed linen was dirty. Even after asking them to change the bed linen they said they did but actually they did not. It is absolutely not worth the price. Better to stay at a good 4 star. The staff were also not warm.

Check in was painful. Check in guy let other people checkin while we waited in queue to check in. Mukul was unpleasant and unprofessional. He needs customer service training but i don't think pride plaza takes any pride in doing that. Dinner at restaurant was also hassling and sickening. Baby got ill after eating cream of mushroom soup and we got runny tummies. Only 2 guy did their job properly- one who changed the sheets at night after my child vommitted multiple times and the other one is driver who dropped us to the T3, despite limping/bad leg he has great attitude towards customer service.

Incredible facilities and helpful, respectful and attentive staff !! room is amazing! bathtub and shower incredible! buffet breakfast is literally the size of a small room of delicious fresh choices! only 10 min from airport! very convenient and highly recommended and great value. 5 star!!!
