The sheets were dirty, there was no soap in the room and the refrigerator did not get cold. We lost food.
have stayed here before and have been very happy. This stay was not good.

Worst night stay in any hotel. All I heard was expressway traffic all night. Also none of plugs on lamps worked and you need to update to usb plugs. Outdoor lighting is not good and lot conditions are horrible. Back wall by patio falling onto ground, fence around dumpster falling over and held up with strap . Breakfast was horrible, bagels hard and 2nd day no milk or muffins left at 7:30 no one to ask

In previous years this was a great place but it has gone downhill. One elevator out of service for entire stay, room refrig. Either freeze or warm. Had to store insulin in kitchen in eating ears. Only cleaned every three days.
Breakfast was very mediocre. One day oatmeal resembled soup. No good selection of fruit. One day no white milk for cereal, only chocolate. Short of towels. Many times no one at front desk.

After the debacle that I had checking in and having to check in a following day after being sent to a sister hotel and then another hotel all in the same night I was able to come back to the original hotel and I had a great experience. The only issue I have was that I did not get a king size bed that I had requested. The reason I did not have a good check-in experience is that apparently a cleaning lady did not show up and there were 25 rooms that were not turned over and those guests had to be rerouted to other hotels. Not exactly the experience I was looking for on the eve of moving day

This is a fairly new property and is well maintained. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Good location with restaurants, bars, shopping etc in walking distance. The fitness room was a little lacking. But overall it was a good stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. The pool shower was broken. The pool water was cloudy and needed to be cleaned. The breakfast was okay. The elevator was broken on the day of my check out and so I had to make three trips up and down three flights of stairs.

Very good experience for a 6 day stay while attending a training. Friendly, helpful staff. I was looking forward to using the pool, but found it too small to want to go in after a group of kids were in the pool. Great breakfast!

We arrived closer to 6pm. At arriving the concierge was very friendly and customer service oriented. The next day only two employees were present (lobby and breakfast area). When basic necessities were requested it took time for us to received one item and for the other items I was told to go to the lobby and pick them up.

No one was ever at the counter when you needed someone. The pool was disgusting to the point where you couldn’t even swim I own a pool in Florida so I know how a pool is supposed to look. This pool was filthy dirty you couldn’t even see to the bottom of the pool it was so cloudy.

The worse hotel experience I've had.
Horrible hospitality!
Over 1 hour to check in, aftet they gavevaway my reserved room.
Then night two, licked out, not assisted, ignored! Litterally had to call the cops to get anything accomplish. Did not sleep as we weren't even in our rooms till 3 am!!!!

Your Hotel was totally booked up this weekend, this morning we had like a hundred people for breakfast but the buffet had just few items to feed enough for 10 people. The maid did not do my bed, did not replace the mat in bathroom, no Kleenex tissues, she broke the shampoo cap so I could not clean my hair. at the sink NO water pressure and so on . Very disappointed with my stay

Pool was closed, without notice prior to arrival. Hotel was booked for the soul purpose of using a pool for spring break… booking also said it was a king bed with a pullout couch, all we received was the king bed.

I had tried to contact this property on several occasions via the messaging on the ap as well as calling. We were driving in town for a funeral and wanted if we could get into our room early. No response at all. When I asked about this at checking the guy checking us in didn’t know about the ap messages. We was able to get us in but had to change our room type.

Check in line was long, pool was tiny, no hot tub, lobby tv didn’t work, was woken up by a leaf blower being used to blow snow at 7 am on Saturday morning. Wasn’t a great experience
