I was pleased with the service and the room comfort. It was clean and some things were being repaired. It is near a large shopping mall in Albany, OR.

It was okay but took 15+ mins running the water to get lukewarm water, NOT hot

My daughter and I felt unsafe at this property. There wasn't enough parking in front of our room, so we had to park halfway around the hotel to have a space. We saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Other guests would stare at us while we were outside and made us feel unsafe. The room has been somewhat updated, so I can tell they're trying, but most of the furniture is still really beat up and scraped all over the walls, etc. It looked much nicer in photos. Stains on blankets and mattress cover. Area is rundown and unsafe feeling. We will not be back.

The property was run down on the outside but our room was clean and had updated bathroom and some other features. Toilet didn’t flush well and we didn’t feel completely safe. Overall it was fine for the money

Basic room, floor was not clean, had some caked on particles on the floor. Lots of flies in the room when we first entered. Motel staff not friendly. But decent place/bed to sleep in if you're passing by, for the price.

We arrived to the room. All the bedding was piled on the floor. Premises were dirty. Stairwell to the upper level all but inaccessible. We were given a refund but premises nothing like what was advertised on Expedia.

Just adequate. On busy street. Highway nearby. Stay on second floor for upstairs noise reduction.

A perfect place for a night. It was clean and comfortable and pet friendly ! Close to anything you needed.

Travelling with my 9 and 13 year old granddaughters, I booked a room with 2 double beds. I did not realize that about a third of the space in an "accessible" room is for the bathroom, which does not have a door, rather a shower curtain like closure running the length of the room. OK, my mistake, but I asked if there were any other rooms available, and the answer was no. The next day we went out for breakfast and came back around noon, the room was not made up and when I asked when it might be, they said 5:30 or 6PM. Not a great place to use as a home base for the days activities. The staff were nice enough but really disorganized, maybe short handed. Distinctly not great.

Very friendly staff

If you don't need lights that work, a toilet seat that is mounted properly, or a bed that isn't broken, this is the place for you. Add outside noise between 4am and 8am and it's a recipe for no sleep. Lower your expectations and hit reserve.

We spent one night after my daughters softball games. Woke up to take a shower and i noticed the water pooling up and not draining and the water was cold. Waited another 20 min to see if either things changed and not one bit. You can see the water line on the shower walls from it happening prior. Said screw it and we waited to take showers at the campground we were headed to. Informed the front desk when we left and all I got was “Im sorry how was everything else.” Seriously, people needed to bathe and the room I paid for didn't come with all the amenities that included. Pillow cases and sheets were also stained, bathroom sink was still dirty. Will not be returning!

Place to sleep, that’s about it. Bathroom door jam was broken, had to keep door closed with a chair. Amenities were extremely basic.

Located off the interstate. Several nearby food choices.

Surprisingly comfortable and quiet. Great for an overnight sleep.

Easy access to the property. The room was clean but there was no shampoo or conditioner and no hair dryer. The staff helped to get the TV working on my second day but when I came back to my room it was no longer working. I realize it was Oregon State graduation weekend, but it was way overpriced with so few amenities.
