Overall decent stay rented room for Nieces and ourselves several days. Pluses are room was decent great area for lots of restaurants . Rooms decent size and theres a fridge and microwave which is nice.Breakfast was Ok average, Bad was Ice machines were broken on a couple floors. But we would stay here again

We road trip to Myrtle Beach every other year give or take, and always stay here on the way back to recharge the batteries and finish thr drive the next day. This is our fifth time here and the hotel is just as good as it was the first time. Excellent place, clean and great staff. Good optiona for food in the area (i reccomend Primanti bros) we will always stay here anytime we pass through Altoona!

Very clean hotel with excellent breakfast very friendly staff

My family and I (4 adults, 2 kids) had a queen suite for a Thursday-Monday stay. The facility is in decent shape and definitely looked nice when we first got there. As the days went on, it was obvious there is a housekeeping problem--none of the communal trash cans were emptied the entire time we were there. There were cans at each floor by the elevator and they were overflowing. The second floor smelled so bad from old food stuffed in the cans and sitting on top of it as well. We even tried to take our trash to the outside cans (we had diapers and other food items, so not something you'd want sitting in the room) but they were worse. We ended up taking our trash with us to other stores or to the relatives we were visiting. I understand that they have cut back on housekeeping in the rooms for once every three days, but the communal cans should be changed at least daily. The other issue was the breakfast. I don't typically complain because breakfast is what it is, but for how busy it was, it seemed like all of the food was empty and guests just standing around waiting for food. Not ideal for a family of young children to have to wait for food to even be on the line. We ended up going elsewhere for breakfast after the second morning.

Room was clean, staff ws very nice. Breakfast was good.

We stayed wed till Sunday, the week day stayed was excellent until weekend when they had checked in kids over top of us we was on the third floor and they were on the fourth floor. It was so loud on the floor we couldn’t sleep night or morning. Either then that everything was great the room, breakfast fresh.

Only bad thing was inside pool was freezing and the lift for handicap in pool didn't work.

We were able to check in a little after noon, hotel is comfortable. Has free cold water and coffee 24/7 in the lobby. Breakfast was okay, but the beds were soft, fluffy and we slept good! Pool wasn’t heated though.

Requested towels and toilet paper at the fron desk, and after 2 hours of waiting, I had to go and pick it up myself. Breakfasts sausages tasted strange, as did the pancake. Wasn't a fan of the breakfast

Hotel was very clean. Close to the freeway. The staff was extremely helpful from the front desk to the cleaning staff. I'm coming back next time I'm in town. I would recommend this hotel to anyone! The breakfast selection was more than expected as well.

Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, and good breakfast options. Cons: Extremely noisy hotel making it difficult to get a good nights rest. Will not stay here again.

We are disappointed in the limited cleaning. Housekeeping only cleans room 1x every 3 days. Amenities are limited. No shower caps or bars of soap. Otherwise, clean, safe and good staff.

Disappointed the indoor pool was not open. It was not noted when we booked the reservation. That was big reason we chose this hotel. Hotel was very nice and brand new. Should discount the price since no pool was available.

This is my favorite place to stay when I’m in Altoona. Staff is always friendly. The place is always clean and the breakfast is very nice. The room is laid out perfectly and you can’t go wrong with the price would definitely recommend.

Great stay, clean, neat helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, hot coffee was delicious, great location, only downside was a very noisy group above us that were banging and jumping for hours from about 9 pm on…..

It’s great so far. Our heater in the room was hard to get going but we got it working. The rooms are great and all the amenities are top notch.

Room was very well equipped and had a good layout. Bathroom very roomy and well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was very clean and the breakfast buffet was a big hit!
