Beautiful hotel. Spa service was great. Food was great. Taxi and bus service into town was not good. They should have a shuttle.

The first floor rooms were very plain and wanted to change hotels. When we upgraded rooms, we were very happy. Completely different...very cozy and nice!

Wonderful property and staff! Sauna and steam! Family run, wonderful food! Would come back. Away from bustle of Interlaken but close.

They had no Aircon in rooms. And you could hear noise in next room at night and we were told not to talk as it was 23:00. We weren’t loud or making any noise and just talking. Too pricy for what they have to offer. Breakfast was good.

The location if this hotel is very scenic . You can easily get lost in the views around here. There is an easy connection with a nearby bus stop (2-3 mins walk). We didn’t drive here but there was ample (I think free as well) parking here with a couple of Tesla charging points as well. There’s a small children’s playground as well which probably needs some TLC but still an area nonetheless.

The area was exquisite, the room was comfortable, and the staff was always available and friendly. The one thing we thought was strange and didn't like were the door handles on the closets. They seemed to be dear horns. They were extremely sharp and dangerous. Had either of us lost our balance near one and fell into it we could have been badly injured. They didn't make sense to the motif of the hotel so we couldn't understand why they were there.

Staff are accomodating and friendly... tha main issue is the smell if the cow manue

The spa, the room, the food, the staff……it is a wonderful choice if you are staying in Interlaken

Loved the spa. The room was hot. No air conditioning. Staff and breakfast were great and good, in that order.

We loved our stay! The rooms, balcony and amenities are superb. hotel is in an excellent location. There is a walk/run/cycle path that takes u to the lake trail in less than 10 minutes. The trail is a sanctuary for birds and is beautiful. You can swim in warmer weather. The hotel is also close to the city but far enough away that you don’t feel you are in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the stores. Can’t say enough…

The owners are very helpful and friendly, check-in was easy. The rooms are clean and the SPA is of high quality. The (temporary) breakfast set-up was nice, though some of our orders did not come through but it is understandable during COVID times. The location is not far from Interlaken-West station and we loved to walk that short distance as there is an opportunity to see the major mountain tops from Salzano's neighboorhood.

Very quaint and clean, excellent service, staff and great menu at the Restaurant, would definitely stay there again. Only drawback, it is on a busy road, but road noise can be minimized by a room on the back of the hotel.

Excellent location with beautiful mountain view. Easy access (by public transport) to Interlaken town. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

It was lovely at Salzano very ckean and tidy. Beautiful location. Food was amazing, dinner food and service was incredible. Staff were also helpful with information for planning day trips.

Nice, pleasant stay. Only issue is that the hotel is some distance from the town and the bus timetable stops on most evenings at 8pm - which was an inconvenience

The property looks nothing like what is in the photo. A light electronic sign posts the name in front with none of the flowers .. perhaps this is seasonal, but I wouldn't recognize it from the featured photo. Staff was usually in the back and you had to ring a bell to get their attention, except at night when they take the bell away as well. The only thing they elaborated on at check-in was the spa. Overall, it was very unwelcoming. The location is poor. There are two buses, but they run on a very limited time table. I was only able to utilize the bus twice during my stay and instead made the 2mi (3.2km)+ walk into Interlaken numerous times (and back late at night as well). I would've booked a taxi (which is about $27/27 CHF) but could never get a hold of a front-desk attendant when I was leaving. The rooms are noisy - from traffic outside, to the helicopter landing next door, to the other rooms, you hear all of it. The hotel was nice, but I felt the staff was very unwelcoming and unhelpful so I was unable to use them for booking taxies, tours, getting advice on dinner reservations, etc. which detracted from the whole experience. I would not stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this adorable hotel! My partner got sick before we arrived and they went out of their way to make sure she was comfortable and had food she could eat. We will definitely be returning! The restaurant menu is second to none - incredible, creative farm-to-table food from the local area.

Beautiful hotel, close to lake access. Far enough from the urbanity of Interlaken to give a real mountain charm. The restaurant is superb as well.

Amazing family run hotel - gourmet world class restaurant, new spa with all of thecsurrounfung beauty and incredibly helpful staff. No AC or screens on windows so it was a little hot but otherwise stay here not in interlaken.

Lovely family run hotel. We got caught in a rain storm while out having dinner and ran into the owner who drove us back. Not located right downtown but walkable and short bus ride.

The hotel was really nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were genuine and helpful. The hotel restaurant was excellent. You really need to try it. Lastly, the hotel spa is top-notch. Much better than spas weve tried in big city hotels. If you like this area of Switzerland and are comfortable using the excellent Swiss transport system this is a great choice. The hotel has a parking lot as well for those who prefer driving. All in all — one of the best hotel-vacation experiences we have ever had. We cannot say enough positive things. Also, thank you to Damien and Kurt. It was a pleasure talking with you and you really added to the overall positive experience we had.
