The room was not quiet Vee vee Like a motor on all the time

We were mislead by hotel call center and later they even said that email correspondence is fake, apparently due to cyber breach, and the promised deal cannot be accepted. We were told we will get some extra benefits as compensation but it was followed partly without real attention to the security breach the hotel had which affected us, the costumer. I dont recommend this hotel due to the way they treat thier guests

Happy to have chosen Miraggio for the holiday! Let me explain why. The resort is new, beautiful architecture and interior design, quality in every detail and in materials used (natural stone and wood), excellent service from all staff who makes you feel important and welcome all the time, with a kind smile. The beach is great, sandy, big distance between sunbeds on Club Members beach, thag also provides has very nice cabanas, water crystal clear. Impresssive boats in the resort marina. Pools large and l well maintained, with jacuzzi. Serenity in adults only pool, swimming among palm trees. Excellent breakfast in Evria restaurant, with eggs menu, greek coffee, prosecco, and diverse and delicious food. Good and diverse food as well at dinner buffet. Live music and very pleasant atmosphere every night at main bar terrace, overlooking the sea. Valet parking for the car. The room in the Club Members wing was large, very confortable, beautiful bathroom, cleaned several times a day, and using its private pool in the hot afternoons was a real delight! Special thanks to Nikolaos, our host, for the beautiful surprise he (and thebl resort) made for us as we have celebrated our birthdays there, and for the whole holiday experience at Miraggio!

We visited the hotel mainly as a relaxation treat. Cons: 1. During our check in, we had a problem with the door keys but it was resolved fairly quickly. 2. We asked for a double bed and we could feel that it was twin beds attached, but the top mattress was very thin and we could feel the single bed frame in the middle section. For a resort room, I’d expect a more comfortable double bed. Pros: Overall, stay was very pleasant, the facilities were in great condition. Room inside was nice, clean, the air-con was very responsive, good variety of amenities, complimentary coffee, tea, water and fresh fruits. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and the pool areas. Staff very friendly and polite. Also, the beach was very nice.

They need to work on the food. The food was not really for 5 Stars resort. We have 5-6 different family our friends together with us on vacation and everyone was complaining about the food.

Beautiful facilities and great service

The Miraggio was a pleasing stay, however that it was overpriced. We always stay in 5* hotels. We felt that for the price we paid we should have been offered half board. The price for the buffet restaurant was ridiculous. €45 per adult and €20 for children over 5 was extortionate, considering what we had already paid for the room. We had submitted a complaint regarding their failure to tell us children were not free. A manager kindly spoke to us and offered to waive €50 for late check out. We thought this was really kind and made us feel good about our stay as our flight was so late, this gave us more time to enjoy the hotel. However at check out, when we went to pay for our extras the lady behind the counter just told us the amount without providing a full breakdown of the costs incurred, tapped it into card machine and asked us to pay. I then thought I would like to see a full receipt of our costs just to make sure the overall price was correct. We have stayed in 5* hotels across the world, whenever we check out the staff ALWAYS prints out the full balance and presents it to us so we can understand how the amount has been calculated. The lady agreed to give me a printout but then proceeded to stuff it into an envelope. I said no need for envelope I want to see balance now. When we looked the fee of €50 was added to our bill. Had I not asked for a breakdown we would have paid. She corrected the amount. I found this very unprofessional.

Α brilliant resort lying in a hill in 6 levels with private beach and pools with warm sea water,an amazing view,very clean and high quality of service.The only one issue the cats going around the tables in lunch time.

Beautifully hotel, very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast is very good Dinner wasn't tasty, and not hot. They charge 3.5 euro for water, and in their Italian restaurant 6 euro for water..why?makes is abset. The water in the spa should be hot.

Great experience really good for family with small children

Its a nice hotel with a lot of potentials, unfortunately, it's not a 5* Hotel to me. Food is really bed for lunch and dinner, Breakfast is nice with no diversity. It's hard to get out of the hotel just to eat 20 minutes drive minimum with little kids...

Perfect place if you want to get away from the busy life and be just within the resort nothing for 5km. The entertainment particularly the show Miraggio On Ice was excellent stars from around the world. All staff were always helpful and friendly especially Vitalis from the entertainment team. Only had a couple of issues that I was not happy with which were :- 1, Flys in restaurant area few of the times. We did report it to the management. 2, very disappointed that no water was provided for drinking except 2 500ml bottles when you check in and at other times you had to purchase each bottle for €3. I did point this out at checking in that it was very petty they had to do this at least sell them at a reasonable price.

Amazing location hotel and facilities

I have never experienced such a bad service like in this place. It's not understaffed , that could be a good excuse if it was . Quite contrary , they place had endless people working there all appearing to be confused and not knowing answer to anything , making mistakes in each and every situation . Everything went wrong from the moment when we stepped in . First , there should be " welcome drink " as you wait for them to find the room for you ( we came there at 2;20 pm and room was not ready ) But there was no any welcome drink . No any VIP checking-in either as it says on my booking that it should be . Moving on , the room was average , not properly cleaned, for 3 of us they have left for us only 2 towel sets. For 3 beach towels again they gave us only 2 " towel cards " so again no beach towels for all 3 of us . There should be a bottle of vine waiting at our room , as per my booking. Of course it wasn't there . I had to complain about it 3-4 times before they eventually brought. When we booked another restaurant ( Italian ) at the hotel there was supposed to be one time 50 Euro discount . Of course they have made a mistake and made only 30 Euro discount , I had to complain to have that corrected . For around 300 Euro per day we got " Garden View Room " which was actually view at the wall and passing vehicles / supply tracks . The hotel beach - do not bother , huge endless sharp rocks. We really regret choosing this place . Never again .

As if educating a little person like me that I knew nothing of this 5* luxury life. Forcing me to explain that I have traveled before and have seen other 5* hotels and have Never experienced room service charge.2. Few times when aksed about certain services, first thing we were told is its extra, without realising the issue (example: refilling the free coffee/tea station in the room). 3. For a hotel of high class and corresponding prices, you could educate staff at the front desk and guest relations on how to talknto the guests.4. Restaurant, bars, valet parking, beach staff, kids club staff were all absolutely fantastic. Overall, top notch hotel and we will definitely be visiting again.

Everything was good, but I think that the food at the diner must be more varius. Or it will be perfect to have different themes of traditional food :)

Well appointed property which we have visited before, we were upgraded to a duplex suite with private pool which was much appreciated.

I liked the location, very clean environment. Entertainment team have very good program. May be should change a little bit evening shows. No where is written that you should pay additional fee for the shows in Miraggio Theatre. Not well organised make up room service. The room was cleaned only twice for a week without call. It’s no good practice to clean the rooms between 2-4 pm when the small kids are in the bed. It will be good to improve the breakfast with some seasonal fruits as watermelon, melon, cherry- not only oranges, bananas and apples. Need to improve beach bar food with some healthy suggestions -some fish or soups or pizzas.

Wow what an amazing hotel in a beautiful location! As we drove through the winding roads we wasn’t sure what to expect. We arrived late due to a missed flight & were greeted by staff who promptly got us to our room where a light snack was awaiting. When we woke up the next morning we finally got to see the amazing grounds of the hotel & began to familiarise ourselves with all that the resort had to offer. Breakfast was great, such a huge variety along with Dinner too. The kids club was fantastic & the staff were superb with my 5yr old daughter. The pools were huge & the beach was beautiful, staff provided games & entertainment around the pool daily.You couldn’t really ask for more as the resort had all the boxes ticked! We would definitely return.

The good: Resort is new and beautiful, great pool area, and the staff is superrr friendly! The bad: Beach is small and very rocky and ton of algae. It is NOT a “spa retreat”, it’s a family resort. If you’re expecting a quiet or romantic getaway, this is not the place for you, as almost every guest has little ones. Food is subpar, something you would expect from a 2 or 3-star hotel. Also, pretty much strictly American menu, and coming from North America, not what I wanted or expected. Food and beach are the reasons I come to Greece every year.. this hotel didn’t live up to any of my previous experiences. Room service is terrible, we waited 1.5 hrs to get a hot dog and French fries and when it arrived, the fries was very stale. Restaurants are quite pricey to be eating there every night, so we opted for room service which is the pool restaurant menu, but don’t expect too much. Dinner buffet is the only restaurant that doesn’t require a reservation but we were told it’s 40 euro per person and that it’s better to eat a la carte. I’m more disappointed in Expedia than the hotel for this particular reason: the hotel is rated as VIP and we paid a VIP price. Yet, locals can come in and use the hotel facilities, crowd around the pool all day for a small fee. I don’t exactly feel like I’m staying in a safe or VIP resort if anyone off the street can come in throughout the day and use it as they please.

Very clean resort, nice pools but very dissapointed about the beach, it is full of rocks we couldn't swim and do not expect white or soft sand at all!!!

Nice hotel but poor quality in the food and you have to pay extra 5€ the coffee in breakfast (the breakfast only served filter coffee without extra charge!). Unacceptable for 5* hotel
