The room is dirty as the person paid to clean it is dirty. It also smells

It was as expected, very basic, small, but quiet, clean and comfortable. The front desk was open 24 hour which is handy for late arrival flights. We could walk from the airport in about 15 minutes.

The hotel was cheap so I wasn't expecting anything fancy. The place was difficult to find, hidden behind another hotel. When I checked in I was told that there was a problem with the en-suite room that I had booked but I would be given another room. This room wasn't en-suite, so I had to use the primitive toilet and shower along the corridor. The lock on the door of my room was hanging off so couldn't even be closed let alone locked. A woman walked into the room in the middle of the night mistaking it for hers.
I was told that I could have a complimentary breakfast in lieu of the change of room - a breakfast that I thought I had paid for when booking online anyway. The breakfast was minimalistic and awful.
Overall, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The front desk staff where friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel is 15 minutes walk from the airport, and even though I arrived after 11pm the barrier and front desk were open.

The hotel is actual a one star hotel, difficult to find and at the back of Ibis Hotel. The building was old and the price is too high for a one star hosel style hotel. Had to pay extra €5 to get a private bathroom. The room was too small and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable, in fact completely gone. There was only one towel for two people, no floor towel.

For anovernight stay this hotel is very good. Clean, warm, quiet and cheap. Basic breakfast with not so good bread. The staff were very good and made sure check in went well. Rooms are as described with clean bedding. No towels but these are available from reception for a charge. Walkable to the airport

This hotel should be rated a hostel its terrible the room I had the TV didn't work, the hasp off the security lock fell off during the stay there was only one light, so it was dim inside the room, there were no towels provided & no towels to hire I & my travel companion had to buy 2 towels there was no soap dispensers in the showers, again we had to buy some, the outer gate didn't activate when the access code was punched in had to wait outside a considerable time for someone to answer the intercom, there was a pathetic range of food & drink in the self-service food & drink kiosk, I asked for [as advertised] twin beds & got a double which wasn't convenient with two males sharing a bed, also the staff were quite abrupt as my French is very limited.

Would not stay again.will pay more for a room with own shower n toilet .i booked your hotel on price .i will not make the same mistake again.nothing bad about your hotel just when you are almost 70 years old i like better and am willing to pay for it

5 star service. The most helpful, professional and kindest service I ever had experienced in a hotel .
I was traveling to the oncology hospital in Toulouse France . This was the first time I traveled in a wheel chair . I had other travel complications . The staff helped with everything and solved all my problems for me with care and kindness of family.
They all deserve a raise and a promotion . The gentlemen at the front desk should be quickly promoted .
I can not thank them enough .

F1 are as basic as it gets before a hostel. The guy on the desk was helpful and the room is clean enough but it should be mentioned on the site that towels and soap are not provided. In my case, a short sleep before an early flight, it did the job just fine.

Convenient & cheap 15 or so minutes walk from the airport. We stayed in a double bedroom with an en-suite, which was small and functional. Great value for money.

Room was clean and had facilities as promised. It is bit far from city center and no restaurants nearby except for Pullman and doesn't have wifi. Good for having a night break and recommended to have a car if staying this far from city center. 15 min walking distance to airport, so its a good option if anyone is having a early morning flight.
