The staff and the manager are not friendly at all. They uses any kind of situation to take extra money from you

The hotel is in a secluded Court, which is both good and bad. Essentially it is quite safe and you can park the car there for free. However finding it is quite hard, and parking can be quite complex since it's very narrow. We had a little problem with our room. Again good in the sense that they fixed it quickly, but bad because they knew about it and didn't do anything until we called them. Breakfast could definitely be improved.

While the rooms are generally nice, slamming hallway doors made for very noisy nights. Given the fact that most flights from Europe arrive in the middle of the night, this noise is particularly disturbing for guests trying to still catch some sleep in the morning hours. Housekeeping speaking very loudly in the hallways also did not help.The most outrageous experience however happened on the last day during the checkout. As a hotels.com Gold Status member, I had received (written) confirmation of free hotel-airport transfers. Yet, the receptionist told me that I had to pay for it, supposedly because the hotel had changed its contract with hotels.com. Even after conferring with management, the hotel refused to honor the contractual agreement and I was told to take up the discussion with hotels.com.Summary: It was my first and last stay at this unprofessionally managed hotel. I also strongly advise against staying there, unless you are completely resistent to slamming doors and loud hallways.

Very good service, they were very welcoming in greeting me after a night train from Tbilisi. Rooms are clean and modern, the bathroom is especially good. I was able to ask question from the reception via Whatsapp which was nice. The breakfast is also okay for the price.

Very nice and friendly staff. My wife stayed at Nova for over one month. The hotel it self is clean, you can only have your breakfast in your room during the pandemic. They do provide shuttle service and the rate is much better than the airport taxies. The staff make you feel like home, and will take care of your needs asap. Very convenient location, lots of resturants close by, safe neighborhood and 15-20 minutes away from the US embassy.

Very convenient location, a minute walk to the center and the hotel and staff are excellent. Exceptionally clean

Very nice hotel in the city center, in a side street, so it was very quiet. The breakfast was good with warm and cold options, a lot of fruits like strawberries, apricots, cherries etc. Excellent service. The queen bed room might be a little narrow if you are two persons with a lot of luggage.

Prime location in the heart of Yerevan, beautiful modern hotel, very nice staff, and a price that doesn't break the bank. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in this beautiful city.

A good hotel with a clean and comfortable bed! Good location, 5 min walk to swan lake or Charles Aznavour square! I recommend!

Really impressed with the staff at this hotel, they all went out of there way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast is nice, the whole hotel is modern, clean and comfortable. The immediate surroundings of the property are unattractive, but the centre of Yerevan is only a 3 minute walk away. Highly recommended.

For it's price, Nova Hotel is excellent: comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, good breakfast and strategic location. I was welcomed well with no hitches at the desk and complimentary tea and seasonal dried fruits to spark my taste buds when I got to my room. The room accommodated me, a solo traveler at the time, perfectly. It comes complete with the usual hotel room necessities. The staff responded quickly throughout my stay and had an outstanding command of English. Food prices at the hotel were average, leaning on the expensive side. While the room service menu was quite limited, I tried a pizza which was delicious despite their mini restaurant at the lobby. However, thanks to it's strategic location close to the centron and a wealth of restaurants around the area, it was easy for me to walk and get a quick bite outside the hotel. The hotel is slightly hidden from the street view but hopefully in the future this can be resolved. I found after several days of staying that my room was particularly dusty. I could imagine this can be troublesome for some people but for me it was not a big deal. On the other had, the hallways, lobby, and surroundings were kept generally clean throughout my stay. Overall, Nova Hotel is quite a hidden gem in Yerevan, especially for picky solo travelers like me who like it cheap but homely. I recommend this hotel to small families, couples or anyone looking for a quick, no-nonsense stay in Yerevan.
