People smoke outside of the AC unit so the room smells like stale smoke. The carpet was sticky. The toilet ran non stop. The deadbolt was attached to the doorframe which was no longer fully attached to the wall.
Night staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and well lit. Air conditioning kept the room cold during a hot spell. Mini fridge WITH separate freezer! The sheets were clean. Foam mattress. Very quiet the night I stayed.
Called to inform them of needed repairs and was told my complaints would be relayed to management.

Stayed here last year at the same time and was nice with the updates they are doing to this place. They did communicate during this years outage with my airlines and we were able to resolve the issues with all of that with no worries even with a extremely late check in.

Property is slightly outdated but very well kept and clean. A/c worked wonderfully in mid-July. Access to room was super simple and secure. Located conveniently near fast food, grocery store and pharmacy. Overall a very nice experience for the money. Would definitely return.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Property was clean and comfortable but furnishings comfortable but dated. Electrical plugs were scarce. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely return.

Reserved large family room with 3 beds. We were given a standard room with 2 beds. My wife was not confident that the room and bed sheets had been cleaned properly. Since there was virtually no traffic after the eclipse, we went home without staying the night. Condition of furniture and room was fair to poor. Loud music and grilling on front walkway by other guests was disturbing. This was a onetime event, we usually stay way clear of motor motels due to their inherent issues.

A very quit place, super clean, super friendly staff..... PLUS they have free ice available. We stay there every year when we come up fishing.

On a multi-state trip, I discovered a great place to stay while riding segments of The Erie Canal Trail. A great staging place that is quiet, comfortable & staffed by very friendly and kind people. A very nice & convenient grocery store is right next to the Inn.

Very clean, good sized room, new bathroom, greatvwater pressure.
Ironing board and iron were junk. We were in town for a wedding so that mattered. It was functional though.

The motel was convenient to an event we attended nearby. The room was clean but needs to be updated. I felt the bed was comfortable which was the most important feature for me.

Overall experience with the property was good. Had to get use to things closing down early as am use to myself some things being open till at least 11PM and some businesses start closing down around 8PM if not sooner. Quiet area for the most part. Some noise from other guest but nothing to excessive.

it was located right in the middle of the 3 places we wanted to visit, 30 minutes every way. I loved the surrounding area, the countryside was beautiful. it was older, but so, it was clean and was good for us. I would use again

Nice, clean little motel. New laminate floors, no carpet, which was a welcome change. Whole bag of ice instead of old ice machine. Friendly, attentive staff. Quiet guests. Peaceful little spot about 25 miles off I-90.

Room was clean but had a distinct unpleasant smell. Staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice location with access to restaurants and grocery stores. Comfortable beds. I would stay there again.

We had a very good stay! The staff was very friendly. The property was very clean. Easy parking. Very relaxing. I would suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, neat, quiet place. Nicely priced.
