We choose the hotel due to having charging for Electric Car - but this was VERY slow and VERY expensive (3 kw/h and 0,5 Euro/kw) - and only 1 outlet. Otherwise the hotel is centrally located and quite ok in general.

Hotel was good in a nice location.

Booked this hotel late evening when ee passed thru to Kiel. I was suprised when I arrived and only wanted to get in bed after a long day on the road. High service, parked safety the car in the garage and we had a nice calm and comfortable big room with nice beds. We paid extra for the breakfast and this was affordable. Extra plus it was easy to acess from the road (autobahn no 7).

The room was perfect and all of the staff was extremly friendly and helpful. Whenever travelling through Germany in the future, we will be staying here, if possible.

They up grade our room because the sun heat the room and the staff that work that night excellent customer service. Help us to move and bring a fan to us. Breakfast very organize with the corona virus rules and very good staff but need more staff. Close to the city and side swing.

great city hotel, close to city centre and railway station. room spacious with all amenities.

Central location, clean , friendly staff, great breakfast

The quality is good but we were surprised to do not have any air conditioning in the room...When we arrived (really late, around midnight) the temperature in the room was really hot and the windows was on the main street which was really noisy. it was not a good experience to try to sleep with open windows with a lot of noise...

Good place to stay with great buffet breakfast available at an extra cost. Would stay again.

Average hotel needs an update

Overall a great experience. We had a huge two bedroom suite- although it was a little tough to close the door. There was a separate shower and bathtub, however-the shower did not drain well. The staff were super nice. The location was great- a few blocks from everything.

There isnt hotel car park available. Arrived in the middle of the night and has to drive around to find the nearest parking lot.

I stay in Fulda fairly often and always try to stay here, its just on the edge of the main town centre so is pretty easy to get in and out of but also if you want to walk somewhere there is no problem. Staff always friendly and helpful.Rooms are nice and always clean pretty spacious, double beds usually turn out to be the usual continental 2x singles but I am OK with that as I am alone. If asked for a downsides the street facing rooms could be a little noisy if you have windows open but I normally like a bit of life around me and ask for a 5th floor front room and the only real other one that gets to me is that the place gets booked up pretty quickly so I dont get to stay quite as much as I would like to.Restaurant is good, breakfast room is as you expect from this kind of place nothing fancy but sufficient for most travelers.
