Great location! Walking distance to Lapad Beach, easy Uber ride to Old Town, Dubrovnik. Small grocery store on first floor and washer/dryer in unit big plus!

Checking in was easy and fast. Front receptionist was warm and welcoming. The apt was very specious for our family of 6. Few minor glitches when we arrived. There was a massive power outage, no fault of the hotel, so we were without AC or wifi for a bit. One of the shower doors were not working properly and whatever the cleaning crew use to clean the apt had a very strong scent we didn't like and we tried to air it out. Overall, beautiful, spacious apt that is close to amenties and the beach.

In the Lapad neighbourhood, in a bay with many beach options very close by and a lovely promenade along the Oceanside with excellent bars and restaurants and unique spots to sunbathe. Bus system to old town is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this location.

It’s a great property if you want to stay away from the tourist areas, but still a cheap and quick Uber or taxi ride from the old city.

Fantastic apartment which was clean and spacious. Staff also very helpful. However, on several nights we could not sleep until around 12.45am due to noise from the bar downstairs and gatherings of local kids shouting

Amazing stay! If you are visiting Dubrovnik for more than 2 nights, seriously consider this location. Reception Staff was super helpful and friendly. Bus stop in front of hotel to get to Old Town for €2. Supermarket in the building, coffee shop, bakery, restaurant and more as well. Walk across street to stunning Sunset Beach or the promenade that takes you walking around the gorgeous bay and to more great eateries.

Very spacious light and airy apartment located right by the beach in Lapad. Reception staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. Supermarket within the development extremely convenient.

Great location with a lot of restaurants around. Beach is across the street and bus to old town right across the street.

Our stay here was fine. The apartment is nice and beds were comfortable, but the pillows could have been more supportive or they could have given more. The air conditioning was very dry and we all got congested as soon as we walked into the place, this didn’t happen anywhere else we stayed, and then we would be fine once we left the apartment. We would suggest looking into a humidifier and/or changing the furnace filters. The area is very close to the boardwalk with lots of shops and restaurants. Far from old Dubrovnik but no big deal taking an Uber.

The girls at reception were so lovely and helpful! Located right on the beach and wonderful bars and restaurants around the corner.

Rented a 3 bedroom apartment here last week was very impressed with how modern and spacious , it was spotless with great amenities the staff where excellent , location was great 10 minute drive to old town small beach and bars and restaurants on your doorstep plus big supermarket and bakery on site it was a 10/10 for me and my family

Excellent service and room. Only slight downside was that the car park was hard to find upon arrival. Other than that the stay was faultless

The day before our fully paid for stay we were told there was an issue with our apartment. They moved us to a different hotel in the area. It was in no way comparable to what we had booked either in quality or amenity. We were very disappointed in our stay.

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rooms were really spacious and clean. Location was great, 2 minutes from the beach.

Carmen was very helpful at check-in. The apartment was a good size, and the terraces on both sides were a bonus.

Great location and value with these spacious units! Room was spacious and clean. Ours had a huge balcony deck which was wonderful. Beautiful beach is right across the street. Very friendly and helpful ladies during check in and out. Take bus #4 to Old Town…crowded, touristy, and more expensive but a must to see. The Korean restaurant near the entrance is awesome BTW!

Clean, comfortable accommodations near a busy, public beach.

Before even arriving at the hotel they were exceptional helpful, responding really quickly. The apartment was huge, clean, quiet and located minutes from the beach. The building had restaurants and a supermarket.

Good staff

A bit hard to figure out where to go when you arrive-reception is around the back of the building between two cafes. But the staff was very welcoming, the apt was spacious and exceptionally clean. The only complaint is that the lounge chairs on the balcony were tired and dirty. Our friends locked themselves out of their room and when no one answered the after hours phone number multiple times and the security guard was no help we were forced to make room for another family of four in our apt suite. The impromptu slumber party will be a memorable part of our trip but was definitely avoidable if the hotel had proper policies in place. Like offering a family of four two keys and maybe not having a locking door to the hallway before the actual door to the room. Beautiful convenient location across from Sunset Beach which has chairs for rent and a huge floating blow-up climbing structure in the water to entertain kids of all ages who can swim in their own. Also convenient walk to several small restaurants as well as a supermarket. We would definitely recommend it.
