You can feel all the wires on the mattress, and bathtub was was dirty. Make sure you look at your final bill when you have a pet.

This was second worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty, broken, and uncomfortable. We has a guy above us that stomped the floor until midnight. The TV was horrible. There were no usb outlets. The shower curtain did not cover the shower, so water went all over the floor. I have stayed in hotels all over the wprld and the only one worse than this was in Morroco.

I was charged an extra nine dollars and changed for some kind of reservation. They could not tell me what it was for and could not complete my check-in. The breakfast was a joke: Cold cereal, stale muffins, and very weak coffee/

My stay was absolutely horrible! I had my grandchild with me,the room was unsanitary we were bitten all night by mosquitoes,we didn’t get any sleep and the front desk had no solution to the problem. I recommend if you can get a room anywhere else but there.

Nasty room. Holes in the blanket and soap scum all over the tub. The wash clothes smelt dirty, human odor. I used the hand towel to wash my face instead. I did not sleep under the sheets. Kept my clothes on. Only thing decent was the refrigerator. Paid decent money for nothing. Econo lodge copied my license. Felt violated as if we were criminals.

Checked in late due to travel and there was a large area of blood on the wall of the room. Since i was traveling with my grandchild who was exhausted, it was reported at 6am. Their only response was "I'll tell him". Not sure how this could have been missed and absolutely unacceptable.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, we were not provided enough towels and had to ask daily for them, we didn’t get proper housekeeping daily

Nice quiet hotel not far from the interstate. Area *looks* kind of sketchy but everyone was very friendly and I had no issues whatsoever.

Basic accommodations. Staff was excellent. Very helpful about questions we had for restaurants. They even BROUGHT us extra towels. Appears to be a family business, and they take pride in making a basic accommodation as pleasant as possible. Not glamorous but would stay again for the nice staff. Hot breakfast was not available so we dined in town.

The room was very basic the trim around the floor and wall was coming off. The bed was lumpy. Breakfast was small muffins, cereal and coffee. Not the worst hotel but definitley not the best. There is a liquor store right next to the hotel s

Only thing great about this hotel was the polite reception person. Room had very dirty floors.Bathroom toilet so dirty! I cleaned it myself to use it. Windows so filthy couldn't see out. Note:Area sketchy, liquor store beside hotel. Be aware-people hanging around it all hours making noise at 1-3a.m. Can't recommend this motel nor area. Suggest if looking for a motel about the same price,cleaner, better area, keep driving to East side of Memphis its a bit better area.

Stayed for one night during travel. Was perfect for what I needed. Clean room and easy access. Employees were nice and friendly. Would stay here again if needed.

Lost at the dead end of a road next to a liquor store. Dirty rooms, old matress, make the job if you didn’t want to sleep in your car no more than that

The ADA shower handle was broken making it difficult to use the shower. This was reported to the staff and apparently they already knew about the issue but haven’t taken care of it. I knew finding the place was a little difficult because of the reviews I read. But google maps did get us there. Breakfast was very poor. Although the lobby was supposed to be open until 10 it was closed when we arrived. It was dark and I questioned if the place was even open. I did get inside and spoke to staff thru a little window. We did get a room for the night and it was ok.

This room was not cleaned properly. Dirt and dust everywhere. Bathroom not thoroughly cleaned. Had to spend time cleaning the room before I could be comfortable. This was my second stay- same issues. Also, the telephone and television in the room did not work at all. Manager showed no concern!!!!

Good for the price. If you’re looking for a place to stop and lay your head, than it’s fine. Beds are comfortable enough. I recommend if you’re looking for something that’s adequate while on a budget.

The room was comfortable enough, once the heat was turned on. This was the midpoint of my return trip and a very affordable option. All I needed was a place to stay overnight. It was a little hard to find in the dark, but Google Maps helped direct me there after I passed it without seeing it. It was not visible from the main road. You had to go down a side road to see it. But it worked.

Well it was going well tell 3:30am when the sprinkler system pipe bursts in my room resulting in a waterfall feature. Then I was moved two doors down and heard them repair the pipe for an hour. I got very little sleep and no refund was offered.

Toilet hinges caked in urine, spotted sheets, toilet wouldn’t flush without lifting the tank lid and helping the valve open the flow of water. Hair in the tub and around toilet. The shower curtain rod was dangling from the walls and was hazardous. The coffee at 7 am was room temperature, the fruit looked expired. The curtains didn’t close all the way. The front staff was friendly; I couldn’t be bothered to complain or change rooms as late as we came in. Terrible experience overall.

Nice clean room at a fair price. I slept well and had a good visit and that’s all I can ask for. One night went very well. I would stay here again.

The room was very big, it was clean and the linens smelled wonderfully fresh. I would definitely stay there again.

Dirty bathroom toilet, towels stain as well as the comforter. Shower curtain not extending all the way. No regular coffee only decaf pack in the room. Breakfast not good. Muffins were hard.

I had a great day here at the hotel. It’s very convenient to get to the areas that I needed to go to for my class reunion. The staff was very pleasant. And made every effort to make my stay. Very welcoming.

hotel looks new in an older part of town. room clean, had trouble with the TV and also needed to ask for a hair dryer but the staff were quick to accommodate.

Their cigarettes wholes in the blanket, a bunch of stains on the carpet, and the AC was not working.

Check in was wonderful with friendly staff! The room was fine, but it was 84 degrees in the room when we arrived. We were tired from our drive and uncomfortable until the room cooled down. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been and the shower head was not attached well to the wall. The beds were clean and comfortable.
