Great value. We stayed in a family room and it was great, plenty of room, clean, good breakfast, had fun by the pool and good location. Would recommend.

Staff was amazing…a 1-kl walk to Madera beach a bit too far for me…. Sidewalks in Zihu are very unlevel….DO NOT take your eyes off sidewalks when walking, I had a hard fall.. The hotel was clean, close to shopping, a bit if walking to restaurants and beach.

Casa de Palma is a small hotel, with outstanding service from the staff. They were SO Nice to us, made us feel at home from the first minute, we got there. They speak perfect english. Everything was clean. I give my best recommendations to the hotel :-)

The staff are the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered in a long time. Great people. The kitchen turns out a good breakfast. The rooms are clean as is the overall property. A little noisy just because the doors and windows are not the heaviest. Not a big deal though. It’s an amazing value for the price as well. I will stay here again.

The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were simple but clean and very comfortable, the continental breakfast was great. Its in a great location 10 minutes from beach but not necessarily in the heaviest tourist area. Very pleasant place to stay.

I loved my stay here in the B&B. The staff were all highly courteous and very respectful. Location to all restaurants, street vendors, shops, and mercado. I came with a clear agenda of what I wanted to do and the front desk assisted me every step of the way, which I was truly grateful for.

Amazing! Anna and staff are absolutely amazing. We felt welcome and cared for…it felt like family! From cold pool refreshing dips from hot days walking around or at the beach to terrace top beginning or end to your day…this place still our heart!!! The breakfast and service from Danna was exceptional and their great English to help with our tiny bit of Spanish and directions and of things to see

The room was a bit dark as it was painted brown. But that was ok when you got used to it. This bed and breakfast was charming, the staff really nice, the breakfast enjoyable and sufficient. The coffee was good. It is conveniently located in the centre of Zihuatanejo, close to restaurants, the mercado, shops. It appears to have a dedicated clientele of return guests. All in all, it was a good place to spend a night.

If you're looking for a little place to stay that is affordable, centrally located and with the warmest hospitality ever, then you should book Casa de la Palma. Bring your own pillow if sleeping on hard pillows bothers you. Keep in mind that you will have stairs to climb, and other than the fresh fruit and good cup of coffee, the breakfast has nothing very nutritious or delicious to offer but the breakfast area is quite charming along with the smiling service.

The hospitality is outstanding! Adorable continental breakfast, super close to the centro/mercado for all kinds of eats and easy to access extremely economical public transportation to lots of destonations.

Safe and clean. Ana was super helpful and sweet. It’s my wife and I here for one night and this is what I would consider a wife friendly hotel. The pool is clean as well.

My reservation was lost despite arriving a little past the indicated check-in time of 3PM. I was told I was supposed to reconfirm. I only ever received one email confirming my reservation and in fact stating that I DIDN'T need to call to reconfirm. We ended up having to wait longer to get a room and was more expensive than the one I had originally booked. We were only staying one night to catch our flight the following day so for the price I think the place is ok. I would not recommend it for longer stays. Our room was on the second floor right by the stairs. With people constantly coming and going, it was not very pleasant to sleep. The street noise is also a constant at night. The pool water was a bit cloudy and our shower was too small. The shower curtain sticks to you if you aren't carefuI. It was also hard to keep the rest of the bathroom dry once you shower. I'd say the best part was the resident kitty cat.

Friendly staff made us immediately feel welcome. We arrived before check in time. Left our luggage at the desk while we explored the area. Hotel is in the centro. Lots of hustle & bustle in the surrounding area. Our two rooms were very clean. Lovely rooftop patio. Pool is small but a great way to cool off at the end of the day. Will definitely return!

We have stay here before and love coming back. The staff are amazing! Loved the new Breakfast option. Anna and Jessica are soooo hospitable. We love them!

We're a family with 3 smaller children and really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and had a fridge. The pool was perfect! Very friedly personnel.

Enjoyed my stay here. Had a luggage problem (airline-not hotel) and staff (Jessica in particular) resolved a looming disaster for us. Breakfast was very nice. Pool is very nice. Appreciate that hotel has 'bulk' water so you don't have to buy/dispose of water bottles. Room and bedding comfortable. My only 'reservations' arise from the fact that Zihuatenajo seems to have no dog control laws and that locally owned dogs never stopped barking. Also- the hotel is a charming multi level establishment, which was fine for me, but I believe I should warn travelers with mobility issues that getting from floor to floor would be difficult.
