This hotel is absolutely AMAZING. It is beautifully decorated, the beach is stunning and the staff is nice, attentive and kind.
Every detail makes you feel relaxed and in paradise.

I highly recommend this resort! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary chocolates and drinks at check-in. The resort's environment and amenities, including the beautifully designed rooms, truly elevate the experience. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall stay.

It is very secluded and private. You feel that you are the only one in the property. Very relaxing. Perfect for couples and honeymooners!

Overall it was good experience, property is very nice and well kept. Food on site its controversial. The main restaurant serves decent food other places it’s basically frozen costco items. Front desk staff terrible unfortunately. Everyone else is very friendly. We stayed two weeks and again overall we liked it.

Only dislike is the extreme markup on dining, drinks and their attempt to put a 3-month hold on visa bank card charges. Was told they prefer credit card vs visa bank card. But interestingly this was not captured in ANY fine print. Not sure who would want a hold on their funds for several months. Very silly.

Beautiful property and beach access is amazing. Front desk staff used to be more pleasant and engaging. All other staff members were absolutely lovely and fun to interact with.
Worse part of entire time at The Shore club was the taxi drivers definitely taking advantage of guest. A shuttle is available but we were not made aware of the shuttle service till our second day by then we were a little bit frustrated with not being told and the excessive fees for a 5-10 minute travels .. We eventually rented a vehicle and that made the rest of the trip so easy and amazing to get around the island. We were able to come and go whenever we wanted to without ridiculous cab fares.
This was my 2nd stay would definitely go back.

Beautiful property, friendly staff, and great food options on the resort.
Rooms are great as well. The hotel is not walking distance to anything however the hotel provides a free shuttle downtown every hour which was convenient.
We will definitely be back to the Shore Club.

Beautiful upscale property with several pools and pretty beach. Dining options were good but very expensive. Room was plush with nice amenities although we were disappointed they never fixed our mini fridge after calling a few times. We were told it wasn’t intended to keep things cold?? Everything was warm, not chilled at all. Low water pressure in shower and running toilet needed fixing.

Stayed for 4 nights, we were greeted with drinks and the staff was very friendly from the onset. The property was exceptionally maintained. The Resort has several pools and the beach was incredible, we had a great time. I would return to this property whenever I visit Turks and Caicos.

Phenomenal 5 day 4 night trip. Couldn’t have been more pleased w the resort accommodations or the employees. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. Grounds are immaculately kept, beaches and pools are plentiful and don’t feel overcrowded at all - we’ve been disappointed at other resorts we’ve been to - no need to race down in the morning to claim a chair here! 10/10 would recommend for couples on a getaway, and although we didn’t personally experience it, it seemed like a family friendly place while still allowing plenty of adult-only opportunities. We will be back!!!

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable, my room was very clean and the house keeping staff visited my room everyday to inquire if I needed anything.
The beach on the property was amazing all around great stay, would stay at this property again.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time. It would be perfect for a honeymoon if you wanted down time and relaxation. If you want entertainment and boat tours, you need to stay on Grace Bay Beach. Will definitely return to the Shore Club.
