This property is amazing ! The beach is perfect and less busy in surrounding areas Elpida greeted us and showed us the property and ensured we had everything we needed. Our room had 2 different floor plan options and she helped us switch it to accommodate our needs. Geogia offered great service in the Spa area! The food was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend upgrading to the half board. The staff has perfected the art of not being annoying but perfectly attentive. We had to leave at 4am and they had breakfast boxed for us to take on the way to the airport! This place is amazing ! Mike

Amazing setting - incredible sunset views over the sea from the wet bar terrace and bar manager , Nikkos, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and Georgios, the sommelier in the main restaurant, made our evenings so special. Great food topped everything off perfectly.

I recently returned from a very enjoyable 6 night stay in Domes Noruz and I will start by saying I would recommend it. In fact it was my second time visiting. I was first there in 2017 with a friend. This time with my husband. We stayed in a ground floor sea view suite with plunge pool overlooking the main pool by Raw bar. It had a lovely outside space with comfortable lounging furniture and an electronic shutter that you could close for privacy or open for a view. The resort is a boutique adult only hotel and the crowd ranged in ages mainly made up of couples and some small groups of friends. Both pools were peaceful and super relaxing The loungers were very comfortable & plenty of towels available. We spent most of our time lounging on the beach or at the main pool beside Raw bar. The bed was super king and very comfortable. We had breakfast each morning in Topas (hotel restaurant) which was buffet style and offered pretty much everything one would want. We had lunch here a couple of times also and dinner on our last night. Both were pleasant if a little over priced. I would love to see more Greek wine choice especially by the glass. It would also be great to see staff in Topas offering Greek still and sparkling water as an option and not assume that one automatically wants over priced Italian water. Filtered water would be even better.

My wife and I spent a week at Domes Noruz during our first ever visit to Crete, and from start to finish the experience was top notch. All of the staff were very warm and kind, and to my surprise even knew us by name towards the end of the visit. The food was quite good, we loved waking up to the breakfast buffet each day and hit the raw bar almost daily for delicious lunches and drinks. We spent an afternoon at the spa as well, and really enjoyed the wet area (salt water pool, steam room, sauna) prior to our high quality 90 min massages. The room itself (wellness loft) was delightful. Highly functional, stylish design, and a very comfortable bed. My laziness got the better of me most days, but I did take advantage of the outdoor gym one day. This was the best equipped hotel gym I’ve ever seen, normally I write off lifting while away from home but to have a bench press / squat rack at my disposal was an unexpected treat. While the resort itself is lovely, Chania is worth stepping out to and is an easy 10 min cab ride away. There’s too many great folks to call out by name, but I’d like to extend my sincere thanks to Kostas for the warm welcome, Elpida for setting up all of our excursions, and Nikos for various great recommendations to eat/drink in Chania proper. We loved our stay at Domes and will definitely prioritize the sister properties for our next visit to Greece!

Domes Noruz was a beautiful, sumptuous experience! The setting was gorgeous - breathtaking ocean views & sunsets. And the service tye perfect balance of attentive and respectful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property, beach and room was really nice. The only negative is the charge for using the sauna. It was very expensive to use and most hotels do not charge for the use of sauna.

From start to end this was a great stay. We have seen many hotels all over the world in different categories but this was truly one of the best hotel experiences we have had. Staff very friendly and pro-active. Food in restaurants great. Spa treatments top. Design and lay-out of the hotel also very nice. Always enough sun loungers and sun towels available. Always enough staff available. Clean. And I can go on and on. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to go to the Chania area.

Great staff .

My husband and I loved our stay at Domes Noruz Chania. The staff was genuinely nice, the property was gorgeous and we really enjoyed our private mini pool. The property isn’t too large so it felt fairly private and it still had a few different dining options. Our favorite dining spot was the sushi spot by the pool. Great place to watch the sunset. The complementary parking and plenty of water was also a nice touch. The only thing we would have liked to be different was the volume of the music by the main pool and the dining areas. The music was pretty good, it was just way too loud. So we mostly hung out by the quiet pool or on the beach which was perfect for us

Amazing staff and location

Very nice and warm welcome received from the staff who are always smiling and willing to help and support you, also very knowledgeable and professional, got the right answers and support when i needed it! The only reason for not giving 5 star for the area around the property, which is actually not their fault, is that narrow, noisy, full off cars street which takes you to the main road. Other thank that I just want to express once again my gratitude to the entire staff, for sure I will come back some other time!
