Air conditioning was turned off and it was 92 degrees outside at 11 pm when we arrived and it was cooler outside than what it was in the room. Room smelled funky the first night and at 6 am the room was still warm. The ac ran all day on the lowest temp and was a whole lot more comfortable the second night and the smell was barely noticeable. Wasn't the worst I have stayed in but real close. Floor was warped and had weak spots in it and we was on the ground level. The staff was friendly!

The room was not clean. Cobb webs in every corner and spiders and bugs in all of the webs.

The rooms ware so dirty. Have not been vacuumed and bathroom was dirty. A sticky pad was full of bugs and spiders can tell it’s been there a while. We did not care how old the property was. But no excuse for being so dirty.

The person on reception was friendly, and it is only one positive moment I can mention.
The room was dirty, furniture has all kind of stains, the room smells bad. No breakfast as was promised during booking ( but I would not eat in this place anyway, too dirty)

The door looked like it had been kicked in which wouldn't allow the deadbolt to lock. The room wasn't clean and it had a peculiar smell.

Behind the couch was many dead bugs, the bathroom floor was dirty and there weren’t any Kleenex or tissue

I arrived after 2 PM. The office was locked and no employees were in sight. I had to track someone down so we could check in and get out of the cold. Once I found someone, they were efficient and friendly. There is plenty of on site free parking. The rooms are very basic and the place could use some updating. The bed was kind of lumpy and not comfortable at all. My back will be wrecked for the rest of the week.

Upon entering my room, I quickly noticed that the lamp shade was broken, torn, and hanging off. There was a large hole in the back of the bathroom door and it did not close, due to the door knob being broken. the desk chair was horribly stained to the point that i did not want to sit in it.

For $50/ night, my room was totally acceptable. Yes, the furniture was old and in need of repair. But I slept comfortably in a clean bed without bedbugs. (I’m glad I reserved the room before reading all the reviews about bedbugs.). The AC worked fine, once I turned it on. I missed being able to have a free breakfast, but the $50/ night made up for that.

They had bed bugs!!! We were in the room for 2 mins and got a refund. There is a best western down the road, go there.

Do not recommend this hotel. We thought we were staying at best western eufaula inn so be careful when you book it. The facility was very dirty and the commode had old pee on it. Not clean.

Great stay, great People, crummy bed lol thankful we only stayed one night but def will be back to try again. We love the area!

Property had a pile of old box tvs in the hall. Everything was run down, sketchy people that seemed to be living there & or room was filthy. Walls, floor, ceiling, everything looked dirty. We just wanted a cheap place to sleep while visiting family. We've stayed there 2 previous times & it was OK. Won't stay there again

It was fine, I think the room could have been cleaner but it wasn’t nasty, and I didn’t like the plug locations for charging phones, one plug between two beds. My shower curtain fell for some unknown reason, but other than that everything was fine, the front desk people were very pleasant!
