The bathroom smelled of puke , holes in the blanket on the bed . We left the property because it was disgusting

Quiet clean central

Staff is very friendly! The rooms have been remodeled nicely. Hotel us unfortunately located next to a busy roadway making the rooms less than quiet.

Rooms are very damaged and not safe for children doors broke in half screws hanging out of missing drawers microwave sparks and almost caught fire massive foundation issues and huge cracks in the ceiling. Don’t book here if there’s any events they will charge over $190 for a $50 max room

Rude staff. House keeping didn’t even bring towels or take out trash and that’s all they had to do because I kept my room clean when I was there.

only detractor is the perpetual traffic roar from nearby I-30

The friendly staff make you feel welcome especially the front desk.

It’s ok could be worse! Mound noises from major highway

Tv didn’t want to work nor did the lights work that were close by the door entrance. But we got a good night sleep and the beds weren’t bad to get some rest.

Electricity went out in room and here it is 17 hours later still not fixed

Moved rooms and microwave doesn't work have been told for 2 days they will give us one but we don't have it leaves food options slim to none due to no other option for heating food

I thought the Google reviews were very unfair. The staff was very respectful to my personal belongings. The room is cleaned every day. The only issue is it’s right next to a highway and the highway noises very loud. I had to buy earplugs to be able to sleep.

The water need more power but the rest very good

I dont like no laundry facilities or close food within walking distance. Staff is nice and offer some kind of breakfast

Staff was very polite. Didn't like that the vending machine declined every single card we tried to use and the fact it says it has laundry facilities but it doesn't.

Bad all the way around

The room I rented was minimal and clean. I stayed at the hotel for two days and did not realize that the towels and soaps would not be replaced after the first day. Also. the TV kept messaging me that the remote control needed the batteries replaced. Overall, the cable was good but I had to replace the cable installation a few times.

The water in the toilet tub and sink continues to stop up over and over. I told the office and the office told us to wait til the morning. No one showed up the next morning

The staff was disrespectful and unprofessional, threatened to call the police and cancel the rest of my stay without a refund, because my hair oil had leaked into two pillow cases while I was sleeping. The staff made a scene and was dramatic over just two pillow case being dirty. It was absurd how the staff reacted. I then made the decision to finish my stay for that night, and left to stay at another hotel. Will not be staying here again, this was my first time being a guest there and my last.

Shady very shady, old, run down, dirty, smelly. Unsafe. Management takes no responsibility for anything that happens there. A place to avoid. Should be torn down for the good of the community. But I am sure brings in good revenue from the shady characters

When booking i requested a boytom floor due to having bigger dog's,Easier for us and someone else below doesn't have to hear them, but they said they were booked and couldn't give me what i requested days before. Room was very hot and had a moldy smell. Took the entire first night to cool off. Only two towels for three people. Next morning while out with my dogs I yelled at across the parking lot that I had to pay for dogs. I responded that they had ESA cards and they both had on service vest. He made me show him the cards and had an attitude about it. Very rude. I was locked out of my room both days in the afternoon. The card programmer was down and I had have housekeeping let me in. Not acceptable at all. The beds were not comfortable at all. We tried to get another hotel but everything was booked due to a huge weekend for the dallas area. I will never return to this hotel.
