Lobby hardly have any AC running, it was pretty hot during the month of May ,reception was ok , not much services around resort ,

Overall, for the price we payed it was fine. A bit old hotel, the breakfast is the same every day so if you are staying there for longer period it might get boring. It was nice that they have provided big 10l bottle for refill of the water - which is definitely needed for the hot and humid weather

Decent hotel for the price

They lost one of my bags at the bell hop, they didn’t communicate the amenities they offered I had to ask about everything (free shuttle to airport) that breakfast was included in my stay, they told me to wait in the lobby for one of my tours which was incorrect and I missed it and had to wait three hours for the next one, my birthday occurred during my stay it was the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t recognize my birthday in some way during my stay, they seemed very disorganized,

Our stay at the hotel, particularly in the junior suite, provided a mixed experience. While the overall aesthetic of the hotel leaned towards the dated side, it was tolerable. The staff was friendly and professional, which was certainly appreciated. The hotel has one pool and a few small ones that they count as second. Unfortunately, on the first day, we noticed that our swimwear started turning yellow and green, after spending time in the pool. We brought this issue to the attention of the reception staff, and they offered to dry clean it which did not help and it ruined our clothes. After the second day, this kept happening bringing further disappointment and damaging the clothing. We had to stay away from the pool. Upon inquiry, the hotel staff attributed the issue to the presence of copper in their pool chemicals Disappointingly, the hotel's response to our predicament fell short of expectations. Their goodwill gesture, limited to a complimentary dinner, felt inadequate and failed to address the tangible loss we incurred due to the damaged clothing. Adding to our disappointment, we found the cleanliness standards within our room to be poor. Of particular concern was the condition of the Nespresso coffee machine, which had a brownish-green grime. This unhygienic sight deterred us from using the machine. The issue with the facilities and the lack of effective resolution left a bitter taste. We hope that this feedback will prompt necessary improvements.

Solid place if you just want to lay by the pool or beach. It’s far away from everything else though and the bed was uncomfortable as they put two doubles together to form a queen. They need to get new mattresses as this is why I won’t be back.

I recently had a delightful stay at this hotel resort. The cleanliness was impeccable, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere. From spotless rooms to well-maintained common areas, the attention to cleanliness truly enhanced the overall experience. Highly recommended for a tranquil getaway!

swim up room was lovely and nicely clean. breakfast was above average and large selection. unfortunately, the sunbeds were well past their use-by date and you could feel the iron frame in the back. the mattresses were comfortable but not at all enough for the number of guests. worst of all was that the hotel did not live up to its own rules and let guests reserve sunbeds and mattresses with towels, hats and other things. there were sunbed battles from 6am and then people showed up sometime after 10am. many reserved far more sunbeds than they needed just to be safe, which resulted in quite a few guests turning up without being able to get a place to lie down . since that is the purpose of the holiday, I can therefore only give 2 stars - if there were plenty of quality sunbeds I would have given 4-5 stars.

Pictures looked way better than the actual resort- we enjoyed the stay; great food but it takes FOREVER to get food and drinks. Workers were nice, but very very very slow and lazy.

It was a nice resort. Very modern, clean, and the outdoor pool/lounging area is very well made and even has one of those bars with stone stools in the pool you can swim up to and order from.

A bit outside from the main hub of Phu Quoc but a 10 minute taxi ride away from the town centre, this hotel has it all. Superb breakfasts, super friendly staff, great sea views from the rooms and a great pool area. Tea is served each day from 3-4pm in the reception which is a lovely touch. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and all in all this is a great choice of hotel for a relaxing holiday.

It has everything you want from an island resort. If you want to lounge around by the pool it’s perfect. Only negative it is some distance from the shopping action

Only stayed one night as it was close to airport (as part of a longer trip to the Island). Staff was very friendly and spoke/understood English very well. Had dinner at the Spanish restaurant which was a big disappointment. Breakfast buffet though was excellent.

Everything was really great except the doors don't shut completely on their own. I saw so many doors that were open slightly by accident. Just make sure you close it behind you when you enter or leave the room. I would still highly recommend the property.

Outstanding staffs, friendly environment

The hotel is nice , the room was lovely, the pool chairs need to be upgrade They are broken and not comfortable, the gym needs small hand towels , and the pool area should have a water dispenser, Breakfast is very nice , pool is clean , but the hotel is far from the city , you need to get a grab/taxi . To get into town , the shuttle bus only gets to the airport only every 1.5 hours

Very good and looked after amenity. The hotel has no advertisements regarding activities in the surrounding areas. It became a bit monotonous after a few days. Also didn’t provide any entertainment for the guests.

2023/8/19-22I stayed at the hotel. We used all-inclusive. There were three restaurants and I could enjoy food and drinks. The staff was friendly and comfortable. The transfer to the airport was also good. I wanted a transfer to the night market. I had a wonderful vacation.
