I really liked the seperate unit with cozy kitchen inside the suite. Noisy neighbors cause some inconvenience during nights otherwise everything was average.

Was not informed it would not be private and that other people would be in the same home as us. The owner was rude saying I was a typical American when confused why the whole house wasn't rented and just the room.

Nice room; quiet neighborhood, but we could walk to SkyTrain and hop over to downtown Vancouver.

The Imperial house has exceeded my expectations. The house is clean with a shared bathroom. It has a refrigerator and coffee maker, microwave for easy access. The queen bed was a good size. The bed is comfortable with only 2 pillows but would have been nice if they provided extra pillows. Thank you for the free snack basket! The property is centrally located walking distance to Metrotown and La Foret. We will definitely come back!!

This is basically self serve kind of operation. they provided some snacks free of charge which was a pleasant surprise. The common kitchen was in need of sweeping when we arrived. Bedroom was fine. Good value.

It was a great stay for me. The room was clean, there was clean towels in the room. Also it is quiet so I could have a good sleep.

The hosts were super friendly when we saw them. We really only needed a bed to sleep in for two nights and it was clean, comfortable, and easy to find. I also liked the relative privacy and the security of the room and property.

I can say it was terribly bad experience. In 10 days there was no towels changed. Garbage didn’t get out. Internet repeatedly connected and disconnected. Other guests left their dishes unwashed and nobody was there to notify to wash them.

Lovely place to stay, very friendly and accommodating host. Apartment was very homely and comfortable. Easy to check in and out. Good location, a short walk from metrotown train station and metropolis mall. Would be delighted to stay here again.
