The both nights we stayed there was alot of loud noise from the room close to us until 3 a.m. and we could not sleep everyone should not party in there room until 3 a.m. rules and regulations should apply to everyone at their stay. No one knowes why they are there everyone should be considerate and be mindful.

Nice and quite and relaxing, great small trip for a Concert at Bert Ogden Arena

It was an enjoyable stay. The chorizo beans were really good. The buffet was the first i have been to that they have some one serve you the food that was cool. Helped minimize flu/covid being transmitted. Pool was nice and it has great bbq area. Only issue was my room didnt have a vent for the bathroom kept the room pretty damp after showers.

Clean and nice. The hotel had a party on the first floor and we were staying on the first floor as well. Fortunately we didn’t hear anything at all and still had a pleasant sleep. Lots of room and the water pressure in the showers were amazing!! We stayed at the holiday inn the night before but the customs service there was horrible. Definitely recommend this place over any if you are in the area!

Had a full room booked .
Got there at 3. Told me the rooms were not ready. Went back 40 minutes later still nothing. Than they told me they over booked the full rooms so they offered me a 2 bed room. I dont even think i for the difference back.
I also saw a giant cockroach in the room.

Spacious rooms, cozy beds, and awesome breakfast. My daughters enjoyed swimming in the pool, & it also had lots of different areas in the hotel to relax. Very beautiful hotel.

The description of my room promised a king size bed. I can assure you it was NOT. In addition, when I checked in the lobby was full of loud drunk people. Lastly, my husband used his INHALER in the parking lot and they charged us a $250 smoking fee! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

I like that it was centrally located and there were a lot of eating options. The batheoom sink and vanity were small and there weren't alot of places to hang towels. The hotel staff were friendly and our family had a good time.

the TV in our room didn't work at first, then it worked by the guide didn't match the actual channels.

Stay was great but the bright lights from the front of the building couldnt be blocked from the wondows even using the light blocking shades. I understand why they use them but maybe an upgrade to the shades would help those of us want a darker room to sleep in.

Property is nice. Every staff member was extremely rude, bartender was the only person who was nice. Receptionists and woman tending the breakfast area were extremely rude! That must be acceptable for this establishment.

Everything was great only thing was the bed very uncomfortable compared to Hilton’s, I travel often for work and usually stay at hiltons and this bed is super hard and not soft compared to the Hilton’s.

Loved the room...fridge, stove and dishwasher....only used the fridge. Everything was great, pool, breakfast, staff, cleanliness and the bar! Bartender was great on Friday!

It was in a good area it was near shopping centers and restaurants

Stay was excellent. Except breakfast was served a lot later than I expected and we needed to get on the road before 6:30 am the next day. So my family had to grab a breakfast sandwich from McDonald’s on the way out of Edinburg. Wish their breakfast times were listed a lot clearer that would of made a difference in where we stayed over night.
