Everything was great! Just remember your tp & towels.

Everything was good... they could have put another blanket on the bed and decent pillows other than that it was good

The towels and wash clothes were stained BLACK !!!! The toilet seat was broken I about fell off of it !!!! And the two rooms on either side I believe people live in those rooms they were very loud all night banging things around left atleast twice in the middle of the night in their vehicles very loud and noisy we got maybe a hour of sleep because of the noise and then I went to shower towels very stained and the handle for the water was broken when I turned it on it came off in my hand was t a very nice experience to say the least

Witnessed two drug deals within less then a hour of arriving there. Room was dirty unsafe. Door would not latch or lock. Sink faucet loose. Just down right crappy. Rude people. Do not book this property. Sleeping on a park bench is club med to this place

Easy access to 29 N. Had to ask for toilet paper. TV was a snowy mess! Room curtains covered the heating unit, need to trim up

Made reservations then read the reviews. Called to cancel my reservation and they still charge me 79.00. Who does that. So don’t stay there.

Room smelt like cigarettes, dead bugs all over the room, and dirty sheets and pillows.

Upon arrival the other patrons were leaving and telling people pulling up that the facility had bed bugs. After looking around the room doors were open, mattress' were leaned up against and housekeeping was going from room to room. So we just walked into the office (did not check in) and just cancelled the reservation. The next day there were charges to the credit card used to make the reservation. Upon calling the hotel to request a refund. The front desk attendant answered the phone, sent his manager an email and I am awaiting a response from the hotel. I requested the name of the manager at the hotel and the front desk attendant stated he was not allowed to give out the manager's name.

Don’t stay there, it’s dirty and have roaches. People was selling drugs behind the building

Staff was very friendly. Room was clean. Bed wasn’t as comfortable as I’d like. And the water smelled funny but that’s probably not the Travel Inns fault. Felt it was a little overpriced in all.

Room was roach infested, dirty, crumbs and food on bed, no sheets, sticky furniture, smelly and just plain filthy. The pool was green and slimy so no swimming.

Roach filled pit. Beggars and homeless staying at the hotel. Room filled with roaches, including in the bed. Needless to say, this hotel not recommended.

They ride into the parking lots with load music blaring on their car radio at 1 and 3 am in the morning like that’s a cool thing to do. NOT COOL AT ALL.

While the staff was great - friendly, cooperative and helpful, the property needs work: the floors were gritty, the sink drain was completely plugged and theTV remote in the replacement room did not work at all.

Rooms and bathroom need to be updated and colors where not the same as the online picture

This place was awful. Never again. First room they gave us smelled so bad of cigarette smoke. Asked for another room. The newbie at the front desk, Kim was very nice, but had to call her boss to get permission to change rooms. Room was so out dated and neglected. Toilet ran all night. No hair dryer, no kleenex, very limited supply of very old worn towels, terrible flat pillows. The tv was nice and worked well. BEWARE!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

This property needs an upgrade. The service desk people were very nice and friendly.

Roaches in room, broken curtains, TV remote didn't work, leg to sink stand was loose and bugs that bite.

There is nothing to like about this place. It claims free high speed wifi in all rooms. I was in the center of the building with a direct site of the office and still couldnt pick it up. When i checked in there was dirt all over the floor and holes in the sheets. They dont know the difference between a futted sheet and a flat sheet. There is no daily housekeeping so i had to buy my own broom to sweep up the dirt. The bed is hard as a rock and the night i checked in i found tobacco and Marijuana in the seat of the chair next to the door. The microwave was beat up so bad i was surprised it worked. Only the bottom outlets on the tv wall worked. There was what appeared to be drug dealing going on in the parking lot thr night i checked in. The neighbors were constantly screaming and slamming thr door. It was the worst hotel ive ever stayed in. I will never be back and do not recommend anyone waste their money on this nasty place

Towels were stained

Dirty, damaged and dangerous. The 2 smoke detectors were ripped from the walls. We reported to local authorities. By promoting a property that won't pay for its own online presence, Expedia is complicit here, and liable for traveler and employee injury.

Not luxe, but an okay place to lay your head for the night. Room had visible water damage, a strong smell of incense, and blanket had cigarette burns. Check in/check out was easy. You get what you pay for. For such a low rate, I didn't expect much but I wasn't expecting the water damage and cigarette burns.

Room needs major update. Even the lampshades were cracked.
