Clean and comfortable, nice restaurant and bar although food service was slow due to volume but staff was apologetic and let me know before I ordered. I would have given the property 5 stars but the shower pressure was variable at times turning off and then coming back on. Despite that, will definitely return!

The hotel was nice and beds were comfortable and room was clean. Issue was noise and a lack of addressing the issue. We laid awake listening to a bridal party next door from 2-5:00 am. We called front desk around 2:45 am and they sent someone up, but the party did not stop. I called again and they said they would send someone again but nothing changed. Loud music, yelling and the smell of marijuana was beyond obnoxious. I finally opened my door and saw a party member who told me he would get them to quiet down and about an hour later it finally did. That was not something I wanted to do. I did not want to get into any confrontations. We did not sleep at all and were in town for a family party. It definitely put a damper on our family reunion. Very disappointed in the front desks response and curt answer the second time we called. Thought a Hilton would be better then this.

Nice hotel

Lovely hotel in the heart of Roslyn. Easy access to all of Roslyn for family visits. Very clean, lovely amenities, great staff.

Very clean and comfortable. Pleasant front desk staff, though am a believer in prioritizing those in line over unrelated paperwork. Otherwise, no complaints.

The person who checked us in had great customer service skills. She was very nice and helped us out tremendously with our room.

Great place to stay, but a headsup that W Shore drive does not intersect with Northern Blvd, since Northen is an overpass in that area

Breakfast was horrendous. Buffet but you have to order hot food? It came 20 minutes later than the fruit we ate from the buffet side. The head waiter and chef kept yelling at each other. Couldnt even get pancakes as they "sold out"!?!?

Bartender and wait staff was all we cared for. I will never stay in a “Hilton” named place again. No ventilation in the bathrooms. The doors don’t actually close to the bathrooms. There were dirty cups of coffee in the room when we checked in. Called the desk and the said someone would be up to take care of it. No one ever came. I would have switched hotels had I not paid through Expedia, and I will never make that mistake again either.
