Very bad experience in the bloc at Patong Beach. I was there with my fiancée for 4 days one of the days our key did not work properly so we went to the deck to change it, they were not able to copy the key and they tried to open the door manually. After 30’ trying to open the door manually, they gave us a different room (while our stuffs are on the first room that we booked and can not get it out) while they call to an engineering. We went to the other room just to have a shower and we were falling sleep as the “engineering” did not come until 2h later. At 1am, they called to us and they told us that our room was already open and they give us two options: you can change your stuff from the first room to your current room or you can sleep in the room that you are now until tomorrow. I asked them if the close would be open so I did not want to leave my stuff in a room where the locker does not work. They told me that the room can be opened but they have cameras ! Of course we toom our stuffs at 1:30 in the morning and move to a a different room. It is also true that the hotel compensated us with around 67€ but there are also many other things about this hotel. The room near to us was packed of Arabs guys who were smoking weed and we saw a girl that from my point of view worked in a very old business. The hotel is on the Main Street on Patong Beach and the hotel is very noisy

Great location, close to everything but away from the craziness.

Have stayed before, comfortable room, staff are great and helpful, but now both times I stayed that there never seems hot water available in the shower, luke warm at best.
