Quiet convenient location in a seemingly questionable neighborhood. Loud HVAC unit in room, Low hot water pressure. Comfortable hot breakfast with many options, though some were empty when we ate.

A very nice hotel in a convenient neighborhood.Comfortable room, typical breakfast. Staff was amazing: i forgot my camera in the room and they arranged to mail it to me! Hotel is also new and well equipped. Highly recommended

Common area was crowded and noisy but didn’t hear any of it in first floor room nearby. Gym pretty limited with equipment and pool was crowded so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was decent but not a lot of choices out early and we could t wait around. I’d recommend starting here

Water was gushing from the back of the hotel with water overflowing into the parking lot. Told staff-they said they need to turn valve off. Was not turned off till hours later and we had to walk in pool of water from parking lot. Barn door came off in hotel bathroom, could’ve fallen and hurt someone. At least one staff was not friendly, couldn’t even smile. Didn’t seem to like his job. Could benefit from customer service training. Cindy was very friendly & welcoming.

I enjoyed staying here it was nice and quiet, clean, and assessable. Pool was nice and small, staff were nice, and a breakfast buffet was provided which we took full advantage of. It’s a one hour drive to sequoia and 2 hour drive to kings canyon. Room was clean and fresh. My only complain would be that there is no house cleaning during our stay and I didn’t like that. I had kids so they left lots of crumbs on the floor and at least a vacuum would’ve been appreciated. They have something called express cleaning that they take your trash out and leave like towels. They do deep cleaning on 2 days out of the week. Other than that our stay was pretty great!

Checked in on Wednesday and checked out on Sunday, not once was my room serviced, cleaned, replenished. Every night after a long day of hiking, I would have to call down to the front desk to get towels/trash taken out/replenish items etc. I would be told my room would be serviced the next day, but every evening when I returned, my room was not cleaned. The last two days I was given pool towels because no bath towels were available by the end of the evening when I returned from hiking. I have never encountered this problem.

Everything is perfect. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Our room is very spacious, modern and clean. Breakfast is a big surprise for a hotel at the same level. We will definitely come back when we visit Sequoia National park again.

Overall I think this property is ok if you are only going to be one or two nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. The property appears to be newish, but has some mechanical problems. One of the elevators was not working and the other one didn’t sound good. There is damage to the walls here and there. If these issues are addressed then I’d recommend staying.

We stayed here for a week to visit my parents and family. The accommodations were wonderful, our room was kept clean and supplied with towels and the breakfast was the best I've had at a hotel. It was also very quiet in our room which allowed for great sleep. The only downside was the air conditioner wasn't working properly, but it got fixed a few days in.

Im honestly troubled on what to rate only because front desk staff was very kind but the room was poorly cleaned, the toilet was not cleaned up after last traveler and it was obvious. The a/c would leak if you tried turning it down or off and cause the room to be really humid and have the carpet all wet. Elevator sounded like it was stop at any moment which didn’t help feel safe either. It is conveniently located around a lot of food options and misc locations.
