The hotel wasn’t clean and didn’t have a clean feel to it
We arrived at 11:05pm. The girl at the front desk was more interested in speaking with a coworker than getting us checked in. We had to wait for them to finish their conversation
I was then charge another fee of$25.00 for what I’m not sure. She then tried to charge me for the room I had already paid for online

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn & Suites! Staff was friendly, breakfast was good with lots of options, room was clean with a soft bed and lots of space, and there is a shopping complex right next door with a great coffee shop in it. Traveled with wife and baby and there was plenty of room for a pack n play. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the pool or gym, but they looked well maintained and clean. Something to note is that this hotel does not have a back up generator so if power goes out, it's out. We were without power from 11pm to 5am due to a bad storm one night while we were there, but we were sleeping so no big deal. We would definitely stay here again!

Short staff,,, reception and checking in was a hassle. They were short of keys. No manager available and receptionist was struggling to solve issues on her own.

Front desk staff was so friendly. Housekeeping banged on our door at 8:30 am and wouldn’t stop until we woke up and came to the door. When we opened the door she said room check. Then she continued to bag on every door in our hallway until someone came to each door. Horrible and so rude. Checkout wasn’t until 11am.

I would have enjoyed a rug or bath mat for the cold tile floor There was a lot of noise in the halls each morning and today I looked out and saw that it was apparently the staff members speaking very loudly to each other. It only mattered because some of us were still sleeping. There should be a rule about that?

The hotel is in a very quiet part of Germantown. When we arrived, the entire area was very quiet. Check in was a breeze. The staff was very helpful and made check in easy. Great property!

Personal teip checked in at 2 am by staff was warm and welcoming. Ms..Sharon accommodated my request to keep the same room for my 2nd reservation. However, the charges were in accurate. The 2nd staff was inaccurate in charging my card, took about 5 minutes longer to simply re key my card. Lastly house keeping spent 9a - 4 pm cleaning the same rooms but " sorry I forgot your room". Great sheets, towels, pool just 6 on house keeping and 7 on front desk staff. Dr. Vee

I prepaid for my room and arrived around 6 pm for check-in. I was informed the hotel was over sold. They did not have a room for me. They booked me a room at a different hotel without regard to how I might need to get there. The alternative hotel was not one I would have selected (dirty, sliding glass door didn’t lock, under construction).The counter help lacked empathy for my situation and offered nothing more than this alternative hotel 3 miles away from where the rest of my team was staying. Arranging transportation was now my expense as well. Just an awful experience after a full day of travel.

Check in was terrible. We were there for an event and we could not check in due to a system update. Staff had no idea how long it would take and no back up plan to get us in our room so we had to get dressed in the lobby washroom. This was at 4pm which is primetime for check in. We also asked for house keeping we needed more towels and our garbage collected. We stayed 2 nights and never received any assistance. When i checked out i told staff about my bad experience and to add insult the manager said there was nothing they could do because i used a 3rd party company "Expedia" for my stay. I told them im an Hilton Honors member and it still didn't make a difference. The facility was nice, breakfast was good but sadly those 3 incidents made my stay very frustrating and that is why my overall stay was rated poor.

This is our 2nd time staying at the Hampton Inn Germantown. We had a great relaxing stay.customer service was perfect. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable and the breakfast was very good. We will stay again on our travels.
