This is one of the cleanest Holiday Inn Express and Suites. The staff is very attentive and customer service oriented. They accommodated our dog for an amazing flat rate fee of $25. If you’re ever in their area, look no further, book your reservation here. Highly satisfied!! Great job Holiday Inn Express and Suites- Siloam Springs, AK!!

This hotel was well worth it slightly premium price compared to others in the area. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the property is well taken care of the staff at the front desk are personable and caring. It’s sent back from the highway a little bit so you don’t even hear traffic noise while still maintaining convenience

Lobby, elevators, common areas were all quite clean and well kept. We did not use the pool but it did appear clean and in good order.

Hotel appeared to either be new or recently remodeled. The breakfats was usual but well presented and tasted good.
Staff at check-in was pleasant and the only staff we interacted with.

Our tv went out an wouldnt stay on direct rv problem am sure. Front desk tried to fix wouldnt work. The ubs port didnt work. Other then that loved it. Staff is very friendly

We try to stay here bc of we’re the job is located. But the last several times we’ve stayed here there has been mold in the bath tub and when going down to the pool they tell adults and everyone to get out right at 10pm then couple hours later u see people sitting in the hot tub until 2:30 am. So the very next weekend we ask why adults have to get out and told them the previous weekend we saw people in the pool til 2:30am. They didnt wanna say anything then? Kinda fishy. Also found beer/coke cans under the bed.

Our second day went down to eat breakfast around 9am and there was no food. Everything was gone. The front desk lady noted that the food truck had delivered late and that was the reason. Also, she had no help other than herself to manage the front desk and the food area. She did great to make some food for us (about 30 minutes later) that we got to eat. If we would have had to be somewhere it would have been no good, but she did the best she could based on the circumstances. Hope that this wouldn’t happen again for sure.
