I had a great three day stay at this clean and modern hotel. The staff were professional and in the restaurant very attentive and friendly. Big rooms and tasty breakfast :)

A decent hotel, very close to the Railway station and some key access points. Nothing extraordinary but nothing to complain about. Food was good, lot of varieties. Service was good.

Overall the hotel was decent, and the breakfast was good. However, one surprising factor was that the hotel had no complimentary water bottles and they were charging for them.

Excellent overall

It’s a good hotel with highly courteous staff and good food in restaurant. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The only improvement the hotel needs is to air the English business news channels which are currently not shown. It’s located on mail city area with easy access to everywhere.

Excellent service. Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Everything is close by - bus stand and railway station are walking distance.

Looked brand new and excellent cleanliness and service, for a reasonable price. All places I needed to go to were close-by as well, so that was convenient.

I called the reservation phone to ensure that I am booking the right room for the right no. of people. The reservation details on Expedia shows that room is suitable for 3 adults and up to 2 kids. However the rooms given were only having 2 single beds! Tried speaking with the staff for additional beds. The staff in the reception was thinking we are asking for a favour. The Executive Double room is much much smaller than it shows on the photos. Was not a pleasant experience dealing with the reception staff and trying to make him understand that 3 adults and 2 kids can not sleep on 3 single beds.The irony is that, the reception staff does not consider the details on Expedia as valid.Avoid this hotel!

Has all the amenities I needed, simple but very clean.

Location, comfortable rooms, mordern aminities and great service. Will stay here again.

Courteous staff & managers. Quality of food was good. Room service & hospitality services were also good. Ambieance of the hotel & Executive Room in particular was great. Equivalent to any 5 star hotels. I would like to not only stay in this HOTEL but also recommend to my friends.

Check in was quick and efficient. We were upgraded. Excellent food. Buffet had good variety.
